Top notch.Went in with brake noise. Turns out a caliper was seized up. John showed it to me. Ordered the part but Said he would actually try and repair it rather than replace if he could. He was able to, which saved me time and money. Jeremy did great work too. He heard a noise driving it back to parking lot, put it right back on the lift to check it out again. Top shelf work and professionalism. Really a diamond in the middle of Beloit. Class A work guys! Appreciate it and respect you for it.

Best service ever! Blew out a tire on my BMW at 530pm thanks to a pothole on the interstate. Managed to nurse it into Mavis. Jeff and the crew took care of me, working late to get me on my way home. I would have been stranded otherwise. Mavis absolutely saved the day.

Went in because my car was making a clunking noise. John took my car straight back and was able to find the problem. Very professional and his customer service was top notch. Would recommend the Beloit Mavis to anyone. The store manager Jessica is one of the best in the business as well.
