This store open and close when they want .door says 9-7 web says 12-8 been there 3× in two days always closed .

I came in right before closing and in need of a phone quickly. I was cordially greeted by a young man behind the counter who beautifully took care of my need even past closing. I told him when I left that I was very happy because of the marvelous way he took care of me. Sometimes people are impatient with senior citizens but this young man listened and served me with great grace.

They charge to pay your bill in the store, in the second month had service issues where the data service wouldn't come on and this was 2 days after paying the bill.

The customer service provided by Edwin and Patty is outstanding. THEY both are very pleasant and helpful. I would NEVER get the treatment and professional service that I receive from them. I have been a Metro customer for many, many years and I wouldn't have it any other way. No one is going to sit with me and show me, guide me, answer my millions of questions like Edwin. He's very patient and has the best smile. He won't let you leave if you don't understand the functionality of your new phone. No matter how many times I call or come in...I get was looking for. METRO PCS IS THE BEST...ONLY IN EPA!

The young lady who helped me took the initiative to call customer service and figure out how to do what I was asking for while the other metro store simply told me it was impossible in order to avoid the extra work. I always receive excellent service here.
