They claim they take donations during business hours. I get there and they stop at 6. Annoying!!

It WAS a great place to find a treasure. Now they are taking things people gave them (for free) and checking the value online. HUGE markups on things that actually make it to the shelves. The really good stuff (like vintage pyrex) never even goes out on the shelf. It is sold online for higher profit. I think it is a huge slap in the face to donators, who are also shoppers. ALSO...the amount of things that are thrown in the dumpster is horrendous. I once saw my donated Christmas items (the stuff I donated) being taken off the shelf because they did not sell, the store attendant told me they were being thrown out. Disappointed for sure.

When selling a big item if you can't help load it without a signed waiver why is that not taken care of at the register before payment? It might affect my willingness to purchase a product ? now I know I won't purchase one anytime in the near future.

Said yellow tag $1, they charged me whole price. Realized after looking at the receipt. Took it back and they would not honor it. Very scammy. 0/10 would not recommend.

Goodwill in Beloit let me walk out to the Bus stop when they new I was in a Seizure and called my wife and said come pick up your Husband. Definitely not a company that helps Disability people. They wouldn't even wait 5 days for my Doctors Accommodation paperwork. If you are an Epileptic, Goodwill Definitely won't work with you ! All these companies that are supposed to be working with Disability accommodation I have laughed so hard because they come with discrimination against disability

I stop every time I am in Beloit, and never leave without something. This store prices things more fairly than most second hand stores. Definitely worth the time to check it out.

I’d give 0 stars if I could When a shirt from Walmart still has the $2.97 price tag in it… then has a clearance tag if $2.00 on it amd goodwill still charges $4.99. It’s no wonder people say DO NOT SHOP AT GOODWILL. Go to at vinneys or Salvation Army gir crying out loud

Never find anything good in the store, mostly all junk. I have bought some wall decor here before but even that is overpriced for the free junk people are dropping off. Don't waste your time shopping here.
