Poorly made arrangement. Went to Nyries & they fixed it up *free of charge* . (Regardless of using a wiring service or not— the flowers received initially were not worth the value paid. Customer service was also disappointing.)(Also— if nobody wins using wiring services, perhaps you shouldn’t allow them for your business .)

Great experience! I can’t remember the girls name started with a “Y” but she was amazing help each time I’ve gone in, she definitely goes above & beyond !!

Stood in the store with not one person acknowledging my presence waited at the counter. One employee made eye contact from the back room but nobody greated me or attempted to help me. I'll take my $500 order elsewhere I suppose.

Don’t bother coming here for I9 document verification. I had a scheduled appointment on 4.13.23 at 1:10 pm. The staff that “helped” me was rude and then did it wrong. I was emailed later that night to be let know it needed to be redone. I scheduled a new appointment for 4.14.23 at the same time. There was several staff in the store but I was told that the only people who could do it were gone on break. Eventually I overheard the staff say that it would be 20 minutes for someone to show up. A full 40 minutes after my appointment. Pointless to schedule an appointment. Absolutely awful experience.

I needed copies of some blueprints so I called Erin, the owner, and I contacted one of her employees, Dylan, today. I dropped them off at 9am and at 10am they were done. The service, professional knowledge and dedication to customer satisfaction was amazing-well done and thank you!Steve

I was excited to do something nice for my husband for his birthday. I submitted my order 5 days out(Monday the 2nd) from when I wanted it done (Saturday the 7th) with set-up the evening before (Friday the 6th) understanding there was an additional cost for evening set-up. I received my confirmation on Wednesday, called to pay Thursday (within the timeframe to avoid a rush fee). The person I spoke with seemed disorganized and asked if she could me back and never did. I called back Friday morning (day it's supposed to be set up) and they said I'd have to pay a rush fee because I'm paying day of because of their lack of follow through. I explained the situation and she said sorry nothing we can do. I canceled my order because I'm not into paying for others mistakes. I've used other vendors for this type of gift and had great experiences. Wanted to give this small biz a try and was extremely disappointed. Everyone makes mistakes, but don't punish your customers because of your own company's errors. 0 stars would not recommend

I went into the store looking for light blue rectangle table cloths found them totally excited!!! They were marked 1.99 I checked out and couldn’t figure out why it was so expensive! The table cloths were 4.99 when I asked she was like yeah the price changed we just haven’t changed it on the tag yet. Basically oh well was their attitude! I returned them because of their attitude and respect!

I put an order in a few days before my daughters 15th golden birthday party and was told on the phone that I can pay when I pick the balloons up but they can't inflate until then. I call the day of pick up to say I am running a tad late but I would like to pay so the balloons could be ready. Jasmine "looked" for my order for about 10 minutes and stated I didn't have an order. I stated I did and then she proceeded to tell me well we don't have the S in stock. I questioned why nobody called me and told me and asked for a solution and she tried telling me there is no solution because I didn't place an order. She also told me there is no manager that I can talk to. Now my daughter has to go without any decor today. By the end of it she admitted I had an order but I didn't pay so they didn't write it down which makes NO sense.

Super disappointing. Was so excited to use them after looking at reviews for my baby shower. Placed an order with them 3 weeks before my event. Paid $200 for a balloon arch and delivery. On the day of the event they called to tell me they placed the balloons on the floor because I didn’t pay for set up. I explained if I was told set up was an additional cost I would’ve definitely paid it. She did say the teenager that checked me out was new. I had never used their services before so wouldn’t have known on my own there would be a separate charge for set up. This happened 2 hours before my event and caused so much extra stress as I had mentioned to her I had nobody to help me put up the balloon arch. I was hopeful they would accommodate even a partial refund for balloons I was unable to use. I was told they would get back to me on Monday. They didn’t so I called myself. They said they wouldn’t be giving me any type of refund due to me not paying for set up. I again explained when checking out nobody mentioned a set up fee would be separate. Staff should definitely be trained better. Or at least review orders with customers a few days in advance to be sure everything is correct especially before special events. Why would someone invest in $200 balloons and delivery to another city for them to not be set up?

My oldest and I went in on April 12th to ask a few questions and get prices. The lady helping us was very nice. She told us to send an email with our order to the shop and we'd get a better price estimate. We did that the evening of the 12th. We have not heard anything. Yesterday, April 26th (2 weeks later) we went in again and were told the guy who does the printing was at lunch and asked if we could leave him a message. We still have not gotten a call/email back. Most people who need things printed need them A.S.A.P. not whenever it is convenient for the printer to get around to it, if ever. At this point we will not be using Glitz and Go for anything.

I have been using Glitz & Go for shipping various items for work since they are on my side of town, which is convenient! Recently I have used them for some of my printing needs and they have worked with me to make sure that they are printed on the most appropriate paper/vinyl material. I would recommend Erin and team to anyone and will continue to use them.

Went there to ship out some packages. Get to the door and a dog comes right up to me. I stepped back outside and the dog followed me outside and wouldn't leave me alone. So went back in and left dog outside until another customer said it's the shops dog, so let the dog back in and it would not leave me alone. No one watching the dog either. This is a place of business not a doggy daycare. Not everyone likes animals, some have allergies, or some like me have newborn puppies at home and purposely stay away from other dogs as to not bring anything home. The dog being at the shop wasn't the problem, the fact the dog was able to walk all over the store is very unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere. The fact that you don't care about your customers is very obvious!
