Walked in just before closing to grab some snacks and use restroom. Bathroom smelled like urine and store needed vacuumed. Also was told that their registers automatically shut off at 8:00 and so I wouldn’t be able to make any purchases. All young people just ready to get out of there.

5 stars are for the Front store specifically. My mother is spanish speaking and adores the gal who is able to understand her (forgot her name), rest of the staff is very accommodating as well. New store manager is a nice man, and jane who's been there a while is always sweet. I only have an issue with ONE unpleasant person.Zero stars to the Pharmacist Susan who I witness abuse her employees and very rude to customers as well. The way she degrades people it's no wonder they have understaffing problems to where they have to close the Pharmacy early. Fire that narcissist! She's making yall lose business! Everyone else is pretty great but she needs to go!

The shelves are never stocked, they can’t keep medication in stock either, the staff doesn’t seem to want to work there, and the store feels sketchy all the time. I guess this is what happens when you get a government contract and no longer care about anything except the guaranteed money.I went in one time and they were closed due to no employees. I went late in the afternoon and they were closed for lunch. (Well after a normal lunch hour)Welcome to socialism at work..

My go-to store for prescriptions and is like a mini-mart! All staff is super friendly and very helpful.

This is ridiculous, I've been waiting over an hour for a flu shot. The pharmacist is either overwhelmed or incompetent. Must admit, I'm a little concerned about getting my vaccine now.

Workers here are nice and try to help when they can. But every time I go here the hard liquor section is closed, why? You might think maybe because it's after 9pm but no , more like 4pm. That's why they get four stars instead of five.

Five stars for this Pharmacy, they go above and beyond with any questions and refill issues that there may be. They're always quick and on time! Staff is extremely friendly knowledgeable and helpful

ABSOLUTELY TERŔIBLE. My wife and I wanted flu shots. CVS requires making an appointment online, where they ask way too many questions and require detailed medical insurance information (we have Dean). I filled out everything, picked an appointment time for the next evening and received a text confirmation.The following morning I received a text stating that the appointment had been canceled with no explanation as to why. My wife started the whole procedure over again and booked the same times. She also requested a Moderna COVID-19 booster.That evening we went to the store for our appointments. My wife received the COVID booster but was informed that Dean does not pay for flu shots at CVS. So we had wasted a couple of hours.Why did their web site not inform us of this when we filled out the insurance info (twice).Absolutely awful service.We won't go back.

What a nice store a ways stocked I'm also glad to see products on sale two for one sales buy one get one sales I'm always respected and treated like I'm special and even ask you if there is anything they need improvement in that's a plus I've been with CVS since they opened up That's CVS 4th street for having my meds ready when I forget thank you for all your help & for all you do Thank you Always Cynthia M Allen

All of the Employees and Pharmacists are Very Helpful and Friendly I always have a Great experience here
