They were able to get me in the next day when my check engine light came on but that’s the only positive thing I can say. It didn’t feel like I was taken seriously when I described my issue and my check engine light was back on for the same issue less than a day after they “fixed” it. It cost me a day of work and it’s still not resolved. I recommend going elsewhere.

My truck was in an accident. They partially fixed it. The brakes went out as I drove it off the lot. I took it back to them. The wanted an additional $800 and said it wasn't their fault. They never test drove the vehicle. Their quality is terrible. I will never go back. Do NOT recommend

Drove to Beloit to visit some friends, and needed an oil change/service. I went to BW just because I have a new Silverado. Called the day before and got an appointment. I was able to just drop it off and picked it up later. Shane was my service rep, he was friendly. I would go back for service again. Side note... the friends we're visiting went there looking for a car for their son. Apparently the sales team there was not friendly or helpful at all. Not only did they not get up from their desk to greet or help them, it was almost too much for them to even look up and have a conversation.
