Very poor communication. Took over a month for someone to finally get back to me.

I feel poor service to people who work 8-5 and have to use lunch hour if work close. Anyone having to cash check has to go through drive thru on weekend. If you need to see someone person would have to take vacation as no guarantee you could complete business in timely manner.
