Beloit Memorial Hospital: Emergency Room offers a range of experiences for patients. Visitors appreciate the caring and compassionate staff, with some highlighting staff members who go above and beyond, such as helpful receptionists and radiology personnel who explain procedures clearly. The hospital features clean and spacious rooms, making the environment comfortable for patients. The check-in process is efficient, especially with assistance in updating personal information through the online portal, saving time. However, wait times can be longer, and there are mixed reviews about the overall experience. Some patients have encountered long waits and difficult interactions, including issues with security or unhelpful staff during stressful situations. Others have had positive experiences, noting the professionalism and kindness of staff members. The ER is sometimes used as primary care, which can lead to frustration when symptoms are misdiagnosed or when waiting times increase. Despite some drawbacks, many patients leave feeling well cared for and appreciate the efforts of the staff.
The worst hospital emergency room they make you wait hours to be seen ! Its ridiculous!! Unprofessional by far we should of just went to mercy in Janesville they are more on there patients and actually reliable !
