Terrible customer service! We thought it would be better to buy local and from a family owned business. Not so! Spent almost 1900$ on a mattress and after one night of sleeping on it I called the company to see what could be done, was told that I needed to wait for at least a month of sleeping on it before they could schedule a time to come out and make “adjustments “ I ended up ordering a thick foam pad to put on top just so I could get some sleep. Too bad I just could have done that with my old mattress. They won’t get my business next time!

We recently purchased a Beautyrest medium firm hybrid mattress. The mattress was way too firm for me. I woke up with lower back pain from the hard mattress. I decided to buy a mattress topper to try to soften the feel of my mattress. I bought the Premium Mattress topper from Beloit Mattress Co. The topper was just what I needed. I can now sleep comfortably. In addition this company gave me excellent customer service - answering all my questions before I bought the topper.

I've been meaning to write a thoughtful review and am just now getting around to writing it! We absolutely love our new mattress! We ordered the old-school, button-tufted mattress and it is like sleeping on a cloud, but it is firm enough at the same time to create support. The only thing that takes a little adjusting to is the buttons underneath, as I can feel them with my feet when I sit up in bed.I love that this is a family owned business that has been able to sustain itself for over 100 years, though I am not surprised because it is clearly ran with integrity and customer satisfaction in mind. The matriarch of the family (I believe her name is Eleanore) was very helpful with answering questions and patient while we tested out all of the different types of mattresses. Ryan was helpful, had a pleasant disposition and good sense of humor.We felt very welcome shopping here and are completely satisfied with our purchase. Would 100% recommend to others ?

Have bought many items from frames, adjustable beds, and mattresses. This time bought a queen sized futon and mattress. Always a wonderful welcome feeling when dealing with them. A true old fashioned family business. Will recommend to everyone. Great quality at a great price!!!
