I went for a simple blood draw in the lab…a young lady, Jessica, did a great job on the draw…anyone who has ever had a blood draw knows how quickly it can go badly… Jessica had a nice touch…

I'm writing a review to help other parents avoid potential 600 dollar bill's while trying to get their infant in to urgent care. Best case go to Janesville and avoid this hospital all together. If you are in an unfortunate situation where you must go to Beloit they will point you into the emergency room. That is a charge of 684 dollars most of which will not likely be covered by your insurance. What they mean to tell you is you have to go into the emergency room and in the back corner there is a urgent care desk. If you go to the correct desk, you will be charged the $30 copay and not the $684 emergency room visit. The doctors were fine. My kid only had an ear infection so I'm grateful for that. But a $700 bill really stings when it should have been a $30 copay. I have talked to everyone in the billing department to help this get resolved. They told me they will not make it better.

Cannot complain enough about the costumer service when trying to schedule appointments for my child. Straight up rude, when you’re simply doing as your doctor asked you and scheduling immunizations for a baby…. Didn’t want to schedule me told me to wait….

Edit: I honestly think the worst part of dealing with this clinic is the receptionists. I tried calling today and waited on the phone for 30min before hanging up. I also called 2 weeks ago bc I needed to get into contact with a GI who left a message for me to call his office and the receptionist would NOT transfer my call over, I asked her 7 times before I finally hung up.
Word of advice to anyone making a call, do NOT press 1 for a call back, they never call you back. I brought it up to one of the receptionist because it's happened to me 4 times now and she laughed it off as, "oh, the system does that sometimes hehe."
On another note, I still don't know who my daughter's doctor is. Dr. Farley left and they told me that pediatricians are pretty much up in the air for everyone and to go look at their West clinic if I want to set-up with a doctor for her and myself. I'm honestly just looking into another clinic all together bc Beloit clinic has been nothing but a headache which is insane considering they're not even a good clinic.
Ps. Make sure your call doesn't cut out or (in my case) that your child doesn't press the 'end call' button because they will NOT call you back.

Front desk receptionist is rude. Came in for an appointment, walked to the front desk and stood there for almost 45 seconds for her to not even acknowledge me. Wouldn't look up from her desk or simply say hello. I won't be back

Was told to see a specific doctor and was scheduled for someone else. Tried speaking with reception to have changed and still waiting on hold for over 45 minutes now.

Just was there today seeing Dr. Hailee Mikkelsen and everything went well with understanding everything she was explaining to me. Amazing part of my visit was I was getting yelled at in medical terms about me Drinking to much Water ? Everything in my Body peachy because I Drink ? Just Water yall. Great time with Dr. Hailee

I was misdiagnosed by dr rangowski. He lied on my chart and said another dr said I didn’t have it and the dr never even gave me any test. There uw affiliated just don’t try suing they will destroy your hold life. What they did made me end up in a mental institution where I had a heart attack and anaphylaxis because of him misconstruing my mast cell activation diagnosis up

I just got off the phone with a woman name Brenda in Central scheduling. She was so sweet and so helpful. I had to make three different appointments with three different doctors and she was amazing. Way to go Brenda.

I myself haven’t had the best experiences at this clinic but every time I take my mom to her appointments doctor Teccaro and nurse Christine have always been very kind and compassionate and are so good with my mom which means so much to me. I would give them alone 5 stars
