“High regards to Carl I was in the market for a nother 2012 chevy malibu after my insurance company had totaled my 2012 chevy malibu in good to excellent condition due to a accident he was able to sorce me a 2008 or 2009 with really low mileage but I really wanted a 2012 again and i didn't like the color it it was Carl always remembers me and we always chat and talk whenever I'm in for parts from the parts counter or to get service done on my vehicle I hold him in high regards he is a real stand up guy and man and I Always felt like he sold me a very very good car it's to bad she couldn't stay on the road but I appreciate Carl taking the time to help me once again although I didn't go through Finley on my new purchase the dealership is very nice as well as the people it employs high regards to Carl a real stand up gentleman who I fully respect till the next time I see you take care friend sincerely Jason Humphry”

“I have had Kevin repair 2 different cars. Each time my car has left looking better than it did before the accident. He has a high attention to detail. He is able to get OEM parts at the price of CAPA parts and will take panels off the car to properly paint them. He is also great at dealing with insurance and communicating over the course of a claim/repair. This last time, he even buffed my headlights and vacuumed my car, including the headliner and my muddy dog backseat cover.”

“If I could rate more stars I would. The call rep was very professional and gave me an estimated time of an hour. The driver arrived within 35-40 minutes. Most places were closed at the time so I’m grateful to have found this place. I did not get the drivers name but he was extremely professional as well and was very cautious when loading and unloading my car. He also placed it perfectly in my driveway! I was able to just drop it off and picked it up later. Shane was my service rep, he was friendly. I would go back for service again. Side note... the friends we're visiting went there looking for a car for their son. Apparently the sales team there was not friendly or helpful at all. Not only did they not get up from their desk to greet or help them, it was almost too much for them to even look up and have a conversation.”
