Would put zero stars if i was able. Been buying their products for 3-4 years, spending $600-$800 per MONTH. Typically buy online. Except when I'm forced to call due to their many website issues. Girls on phone beat out government workers as the RUDEST customer service agents I have EVER dealt with.

$5.00 jump in price on a 6 pack and you can only order online. not worth it!!! find a brand that you can purchase elsewhere besides online and doesn't cost an arm and a leg

This is an edit of a review I had previously written... I had initially written a halfway decent/ halfway not so decent review. HOWEVER! 21st Century Smoke contacted me immediately and that really impressed me! A LOT!
I will say 21st Century Smoke came out with a great new product. The KIAN. It will most likely give JUUL a run for their money.
The KIAN is the same amount of nicotine as the JUUL but with a much better puff, or pull off of the device. The KIANs pod also lasts for about 3 days when the JUUL pod only lasts for one.
I have to say if you like the JUUL you will Love the KIAN even more!
