After having an independent hearing test and prescription for $6000.00 hearing aids, when considering my options.. I decided to check out Costco’s Hearing Center in January 2019.My experience has been excellent with thorough examinations and continuous ability to consult and correct my hearing with minor adjustments along the way.My Costco Kirkland brand 8.0 hearing aids cost only $1600 back then, and have served me faithfully for more than four years. I’ve been re-tested at Costco’s hearing center last year, my hearing aids were re-programmed to accommodate my new hearing patterns.. and all of this free of charge.The care has been way better than I expected… actually, when I inquired as to whether I needed to upgrade to a newer model, their response was “your current aids are serving you perfectly well”. Not used to such honesty in the health care field!Audiologist Franklin is my “go to” person at the Bellevue Costco near Green Bay, Wisconsin.Kind and caring staff.. great experiences.. I’m a repeat customer!

When buying the staff was very nice and helpful. I was willing to buy the most expensive, but they did not offer me that and sold me the cheaper one which was a Resound. After 3 months it died. I went back to Costco and Audiologist told me IWould have to make an appointment for2 weeks later. I made a fuss told her I lived22 miles away. She angrily took and saidCome back in an hour. I was shopping andDid not get back in an hour. She called andSaid it was fixed and I had to come back right away she was leaving. I went backand Aid was still broke. Came back next day and spoke with Frank. He yelled at meand said I could not just keep bopping inthat I needed an appointment. Then heTook the aid to listen for feed back whenHe threw it into a bin 3 feet away and angrilySaid he would send it in to Resound. I didNot expect to get it back. Was a quick turn around and Frank said in a nasty voice the sent a new one and handed to me and saidPut it in your to make sure it works. I couldhear better and he turned and walked away.I wrote a review right afterwards. I haveWorked on sale for 16 years and would haveNever treated a customer that way. Where Iworked you would have been fired on the spot. This was before Covid and no hiringProblem. I check every time I go in and heis still there. I get my hearing aids from Nano now and they work better and thirdOf the cost. My previous review has been deleted.

One of my hearing aids suddenly stopped working. I am going on trip overseas and wanted the hearing aid fixed before I left. I called the Costco Hearing Aid Center in Bellevue, WI on a Saturday morning. They got me right in an were able to fix the aid on the spot. Can’t say enough good about Costco Hearing Aid Center. Great place.

I so wanted this to be a good Costco experience. I scheduled and had the eye appointment with the optometrist. She was personable. But she flipped through the eye exam so quickly. When I explained my problem with my current subscription, she simply said she'd increase the bottom reading level in the progressive lens. I was immediately skeptical, but I went along with the prescription. First mistake. I ordered three pair of glasses. When I picked them up, it was apparent the prescription was wrong. I tried to wear one of the pairs for a couple of days thinking my eyes needed to adjust. Didn't work. I returned them. The people behind the counter were somewhat supportive, but they appeared to suggest I was trying to just get my money back. After I proved I just wanted my glass' prescription to be right, they said they would simply adjust the top and bottom prescriptions according to my previous and new prescription. Once they let me know the new prescription lenses had been completed, I went to pick them up. They said they didn't have my frames and that I had taken them with me. I knew I had given them to them when I returned the glasses to be remade. In fact, they had the cases and still insisted I had the frames. Two days later, they called to let me know the lab had my frames and they had my new lenses ready to pick up. Final outcome: I have tried to wear these glasses. One pair is unwearable. They are plastic and the frames are not adjusted correctly. I said this to the counter person. She sighed heavily and tried to adjust them. One other pair seemed to be ok. I have been wearing this pair for 3 days, but the prescription is wrong. I have headaches and I am continuously nauseous . This week I will return all three pair of glasses to Costco. I am dreading this.

Fu$k this place! Tried to purchase a gift card for a Christmas present for my parents. They wouldn't sell me one because I'm not a member. I don't live near a Costco so it doesn't make any sense for me to have a membership.

Love Costco but had a terrible experience today with two staff at the customer service desk. I came to the desk for a price adjustment on an item purchased at another warehouse location without the original receipt but I did have the purchase date and other relevant information so that they could print a duplicate receipt (as stated on Costco.com). The two staff then informed me they couldn't give a price adjustment as it's against company policy without an original receipt. Despite calling their store on phone and getting confirmation I could receive a price adjustment as long as it's in 30 day window. What an annoying experience and poor customer service! This particular store needs to get their act together. The manager spent 5 minutes arguing with me about a price adjustment and told me I could buy the item again and return using duplicate receipt but not get a price adjustment. These staff here need training and an attitude adjustment. The Appleton store is much better in the customer service department and immediately gave me my price adjustment using the duplicate receipt printed at GB location.

Costco is one of my all time favorite stores. I shop here as my primary source for most of my grocery needs, gas, electronic purchases, housewares, alcohol and the list goes on and on to include their on line travel services. I only shop at local grocery stores and on line to supplement what I can't find at Costco. In addition to the great line of products they carry I use the executive membership (2% cash rebate on every Costco purchase) and Costco Citi bank for incremental cash rewards (2% on Costco purchases, 3% on travel and 4% on gas). Between these two cash rewards programs last year I had over $700 in savings where every little bit helps in retirement. Relative to this store it is well run, clean and very similar to the ones near my home in Michigan making it very easy for me to go shop here as the layout is almost identical. Also during cold in climate weather or rainy weather this is a great place to go to get your daily steps in the event you are into the exercise thing. Overall a truly great chain that if you have never shopped here you are truly missing out on a great shopping experience. Four stars......

Costco! I can get lost in this place and that's ok ! I can also eat enough samples to keep me checking out the aisles; kinda like being at a cocktail party and leaving with muffins, office supplies , and patio furniture. I love Costco!

A very nice Costco store. Same selection and awesome prices you expect from Costco, but with that friendly and happy Green Bay atmosphere. Pleasant and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Love this store, always try to find something new in the shelf. Always get most of. Y essential there. I gave 4 star because quite a few items are overpriced despite buying in bulk. Most employee are very nice but there are some of them that does not have etiquette and terrible at customer service.

Love this place. No coupons. No issues with returns. Fast checkouts. Price is good for about 75% of their stuff but certainly they do overprice some things...example - grapes, watermelon, fresh berries, bagels.

As with most discount-type stores you have to know prices to know if items are good deals or not. Just because you have to buy a larger size of something doesn't mean you are getting a bargain. The samples were great this time. They were offering pieces of various candies. The ham on Hawaiian bun mini sandwiches were excellent. After we went through the checkout we had to go back for something and noticed the lines were huge. When we came back to checkout again a few minutes later there were only 3 - 4 people in each line. They know how to move people!

We were members in another city. After moving to the area, I quickly realized that this Costco is just as good as the one I was used to. They have the same items at about the same price. I love most of the Kirkland brand products. These are good quality items at a low price. My biggest challenge is to get familiar with this store as it is laid out completely different.
