It was a little smaller than I had pictured in my mind but when I started eating the grilled cheese sandwich nothing else in the world mattered. Best grilled cheese I have ever had in my life. I also greatly enjoyed the cheese slaw.

If you're looking for a great charming place to stop in and have a delicious grilled cheese sandwich, then this is the place. While my husband and I were on a day trip, we stopped in Paoli, Wisconsin to check out this cute café. What a treasure! So many cute gifts, wines and cheeses. It was hard not to leave with some thing. But the bonus was the grilled cheese sandwich. We opted for the Anabasque sandwich with the shallot and red wine confit topping and it was over the top delicious. Perfect amount of cheese with the best pull and crunch. There is also a small but nice wine selection. The owner is friendly and wonderful to chat with. Not a lot of seating, it's just a long table that doubles as a display but somehow it works perfectly for dining. Don't miss out on this place and bring a cooler to load up on cheese to purchase for a perfect holiday charcuterie board.

$10 Grilled cheese was a very unique super creamy cheese with the mustard and pear jam. Delicious! Venue is small and clean with a few gift items. Bar next store if a cold beer is desired. A Wisconsin gem. And the little town is cute and quirky.

The cheeses are the divine here but also lots of fun local food products. A great spot to shop for a gift, grab a grilled cheese, or just stock up your own cheese drawer. I really enjoy the Anabasque and the knowledgeable staff give great recommendations.

The "Annas" have been making some of the most delicious cheese in the US (if not the world) for quite awhile. I have my favorites, the Rebel Miel, their take on Telligio, Pamona?Paloma? Their Pecora Nocciola, and a tiny delectable round soft cheese they make only once in awhile. It's worth dropping by and exploring their cheese offerings and to peruse all the other delights in their store - you've been warned! They also do sandwiches. These folks are the real deal

We always stop here on our way into Paoli! I love the small town atmosphere and the selection of gifts in the front shop! I picked some out this year as Christmas presents! The only wish I had is that they had more coffee selections, only hot and iced drip coffee. Basic, fits the need but definitely would love to see more!
