I69 is open for LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY (according to the sign) so I’ve decided to avoid it. If someone took it pls post updates. Alternative road is messy with a lot of turns, speed limits and it’s longer.Nice facility. Offer overnight parking. Open at 7am.

Not sure about the "tricky to get into part". Came in with a rig myself and had no issues getting to the place first time. Simple entry from River St onto Serv-US and you're right next to the docks.
