We purchased a used four wheeler from a dealership because we figured they would stand behind their product. Rode it once and noticed the cv boot was torn. We paid the $109, even though we don't think we broke it. 2 weeks later I was giving my 5 year old niece a ride on a paved road and the shifter lever broke off of the transmission. I am not a large or very strong woman, but it broke off in my hand. I should have ran when Jason admitted having to research how to fix it and having to call a friend to find out what to charge. It took 4 weeks and $1,000 to fix it, we were told $700 originally. It was also hard to get a return phone call.Next, it just didn't want to start or stay running so we took it somewhere else and he kept finding more and more wrong with it. $3,800 later it finally ran great.Now we noticed one side of the rear brakes is completely missing... no disc, caliper, or line.Where did it go and how did he not notice it was all missing when he fixed the cv joint.We have only had our cottage for a year, and purchased the ATV after our cottage. We called several times... you must be thinking of someone else.

I purchased my very first zero-turn mower from Jake’s. Prior to buying, I asked many questions and was given a pamphlet with options for review. The mower was delivered for free, including a full tank of gas, to my home 65 miles away. I was provided with hands-on teaching as to how to operate and drive. I definitely felt comfortable asking any questions I had prior to purchase and afterwards. Jake is friendly and easy to work with. Best price in surrounding area as well.

Branson Tractors are great tractors. This salesman at Jakes however is not a good person. I left my tractor there over the weekend for service. I rode by and he was using my tractor to do work at his business. When I questioned him about it he gave me some BS story about getting the oil worked into the machine. He just talks and talks and talks. I will never go there again. My advice is to drive the extra distance and go to the fox valley. Branson Tractors are for sale there too.

Jason is awesome! He was able to fix my flail mower for me at a fair price, and gave me some maintenance tips as well. When it comes time to replace my tractor, I will be going to see him for sure.

Seemed like a good company, I was shopping for a Branson tractor ready to buy and the guy on the phone was so adamant over his equipment I couldnt get a word in. I just wanted a price on a 3515 Ch or 20 series with bale spear and mower. It felt like a lecture by the end instead of a business deal. I've never had a salesman ruin a deal so quikly.
