Super friendly on the phone! They got me an appointment in a few hours ftom when I called. Took their time with my fur-baby and didn't make me feel like my last minute appointment was a hassle.

Very professional and very helpful. Managed to get a ferret in same-day with no fuss, and treated him with the respect you always hope to see from a vet. Would absolutely recommend.
