We built a new house. Brian was there at a meeting with the land excavation contractor and ignored what work was needed to put in our gas line under our driveway.He billed us for extra work, $250, that was not necessary. He insisted he was right but he was not.Then after letting him know we had a faulty tank pressure gauge never replaced it for 2 years of service. I cannot recommend this business to anyone. Does not pay attention to customer service. If he was the only place to secure propane service I would put in electric heaters or wood burners. Just awful.

If I wasn't on a contract then why was my name on the bill? I would like you to respond to me and tell me what my actions were that caused you not to want to do business with me. Bryan, the owner of the company knew months in advance that we needed a tank installed at our new home and even though I contacted him several times he never showed up until the driveway was getting gravel put in and it would make it harder for him to install the gasline. I paid you on the day that you installed the tank and I paid for a full gas fill. You never gave me a contract on that day and you never sent me one. I had an actual professional come from merwin and replace the tank and try to get the gas out of your old tank but your gauge was broken. Several times over the 4 years that the tank gauge was broken and you never fixed it. Why did you not ever call me back and respond to my phone calls or letters stating that I needed a refund for the gas that was not pumped out of my tank? Why have you made no attempt in 2 years to rectify this situation besides adding hundreds of dollars worth of service charges to my account? Why does your statement say that you're going to take me to court after 90 days but this has been dragging on for 2 years?? It's because you have no case, no contract and no no business sense whatsoever.
