I am moving pharmacy for my family. It is ridiculous that I just sat in line for over thirty minutes them sorry lunch break when get there. I was sent away before this today because they only billed one insurance for my son and not both. So they had to redo it. Which meant please come back in 15 minutes..I don't live in town so now I wasted my time and gas to come here and my son doesn't have his meds again tonight becuase I can't make it back today. This is so ridiculous. I am done with Walgreens.

Really annoying and a huge waste of time waiting in these lines I have never been to a Walgreens that takes 30 mins per car to get a prescription. I will honestly be driving to a different Walgreens from now on even though this one is 5 mins away from me it would be the same amount of time if I drove to a further one.

Wait times are absurd, regardless of how many days in advance you call in your prescriptions. There have been times where I have waited in the drive through for over an hour, just to watch the staff help three other vehicles in the other lane before even saying a single word to me. Don’t bother with the drive through, just head inside. Very hit or miss if you’ll get someone friendly or not, or if the person helping you will be able to answer your questions. A ridiculously sad excuse for a pharmacy.

I was there today, july 7, and they had new people at the printing area. The service has always been great but today was terrible and even racist. They did not want to make any copies and their attitude was disrespectful. Please bring back the older cashiers and the other people at the photocopy center.Instead of improving you are getting worst.

Won't let me give a ZERO star rating that I would like to give. We switched to driving to Waupun for our prescriptions because of the poor service in Beaver Dam. My mom was visiting from out of town and needed a prescription. Waupon did not have the medication in stock, so we had to use the BD location. She ended up waiting over an hour and a half at the store for her prescription. The pharmacist told her that he would check on something for her and get back to her in 10 minutes. After an hour of waiting she was told that "he had alot on his plate" and had left for the night. We will never step foot in this Walgreens again, and will gladly drive to another location further away to avoid the terrible customer service here.

Everytime I come through, whether it’s indoors or out in the drive thru. Nothing ever moves! Either people in line that cannot be helped yet, or lack of multitasking because I have never had this much of bad luck trying to get my meds!

Had to get a covid test done. No where online or at the pharmacy does it say they stop testing at 5pm due to tests getting picked up at that time. There's also nothing stating that you have a time limit to fill out your info, insurance info and a questionnaire in said amount of time to hold your spot so while looking up the info I lost my spot and had to start the process completely over and now have to go an hour later then what I needed.

The staff are great people. This doesn't reflect on them. There's always a shortage, outage, or medication on order. The automated system is bunk, They're understaffed to the point the pharmacy has been closed on two occasions I've showed up for medication. The staff, opposite. Great people, and put up with more than I would, or have. Don't use any automated system to refill your meds. You're just going to have to call anyway.

This pharmacy is horribly unorganized. Nobody seems to know what they are doing. Every time you call they give you a different answer just to get you off the phone. They don’t care about their customers at all.

The pharmacy is somtimes very slow and unorganized. And the wait time for a call can somtimes be very long and sometimes u get disconnected while on hold multiple times. I feel like they are under staffed in the pharmacy.
