Walgreens Pharmacy is known for its clean, organized stores and friendly, helpful staff. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable and trusted pharmacists, as well as the overall pleasant environment. However, some find the automated phone system frustrating, as it forces callers to listen to lengthy ads before speaking with a person, and sometimes the system inaccurately reports that prescriptions are ready. The pharmacy can also feel chaotic at times, especially across multiple locations. Despite these issues, long-term customers value the consistent quality, cleanliness, and the professional staff that make their shopping experience positive.
Staff is very friendly. Auto attendant when you call is terrible!! You should not be forced to listen to hours, location, vaccination ads, etc before being able to speak to a person! I miss the days of selecting options by pressing a number. I do not want to talk to a machine to make my selection.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The Automated system (letting me know scripts are done) Needs work. It will say things are ready, only for me to get there, and they still might have to fill it.

I like shopping Walgreens I'm not a fan of their pharmacy though It's always chaotic and it's not just this Walgreens it's every Walgreens
