told me i needed to go to apple for a warranty issue made me drive over an hour to find out that they were supposed to cover it through the warranty with verizon never going to a non corporate store again

My bill went up twice since November so I canceled my plan. I was billed 2 months after I canceled service. Went to store to ask about bill. Told me to call CS. I said I don't have luck with CS so I came here. Rep took my phone and called them directly. Made comments about my phone volume being low. Rep didn't put it on speaker! He finally called CS on his phone while I was on hold for 20 minutes. He got a response right away. CS rep said I owed that back payment which I said was Incorrect. The VZ rep told me not to give them attitude or else I won't get anywhere. He said he was "coaching" me on what to say! I was there for almost an hour and 5 guys were working, just playing on their phones. I was there alone until another customer came in just before I left. Then the CS rep told me I had to call ANOTHER 800 number to take care of my bill due to it being past due. I already paid it in full after I canceled service! I've been fighting this since February. Jeff was condescending and rude. I will not return to that store ever again!

Scotty from beaver dam store was the best service I've ever had with Verizon. He's the best! Definitely coming back here he took care of all my questions. Proud to be a member of Verizon. Will also refer people here because of his customer service.

I owe the guys at this store. Last summer they helped me get my phone replaced when I was having a battery issue. Then this Thanksgiving I drove over my phone. I know crushed in more than one way...but Dean spent a LOT of his time on Black Friday of all horrible times to have to shop for a new phone, helping me get the best replacement option. He was very patient with all my questions. I even ended up getting a black Friday deal which I never would have without his help. I highly recommend this store. I have always had top notch service with every one there.

Went to a Verizon to update my phone. The associate I dealt with was Cameron. He was very professional. Took the time to answer all my questions. Very personable. His knowledge of the product was amazing. Will definitely come back to this business.

It’s comforting to find a cellular store that doesn’t feel like a used car dealership. We worked with Dean and he went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had the right plan for us. It’s nice to have someone who genuinely cares and understands your needs.
