I want to start by saying how much I appreciated our mail lady, who had been servicing our area for the past five years. Unfortunately, we now have a new mailman who seems to lack the necessary experience. He frequently delivers mail meant for other addresses, often ones that are nowhere near me. When it comes to certified mail, he never bothers to knock on the door; instead, he simply leaves a notice claiming he tried to deliver it (which isn't true). On top of that, he has left our mailbox open, allowing rain and snow to ruin our mail. For packages, we have a specific spot designated for delivery, but he ignores that and leaves them on the ground in puddles or buried in snow. Overall, he is truly the worst mail carrier I've ever encountered.

The Post Master was very unfriendly and she was very one-sided with aggression during interaction.

I hate to even have to write reviews that are not positive but unfortunately I’ve had the worst experience. If you have important mail to be sent out do not bother stepping foot in this place without experiencing issues. I sent out nearly 200 save the dates, To confirm that everything was stamped and weighed out correctly. I stopped in to the office itself and was told everything was good to go. Needless to say, it was not. I had people that have Gotten their envelopes, I’ve had people that had to pay additionally, And were told by the office workers that there was even more envelopes in back that had not sent out. I stopped there a second time due to the numerous people that have told me there are some that still have not sent, And was told there was nothing there for me. Today I received a paper in my mailbox that I need to come and pay additional Money for an unsent envelope. I walk in, Paid the dues and get my envelope returned to me written on, stamped on, etc. So now I wasted money on a stamp, and money to get my written on envelope back that has no worth it anymore, for it to not get sent out. Why the other 190 some envelopes were able to be sent out, but a select few were not is beyond me. But if that is the case 1. The staff either needs to be retrained, so they’re all on the same page because I was told everything was stamped properly and correct. Then 2. The staff member I talked to today needs Additional training On customer service because over talking and being rude plays a very poor role, Even to the point where she’s still talking as I’m walking out the door.

Mike at the front desk was awesome. Professional and courteous. Just came from a bad experience trying to ship something at the local Walgreens. Won't do that again and will trust our local PO to get the job done right. I've been here many times and it's always been pleasant. Great customer service.

I’ve always had a good experience at this post office. Great customer service, mail is delivered in a timely manner. It would be great if they were in a different location, though.

This is by far the best post office I have ever worked with. The staff are 100% responsive, respectful and midwest nice. The service is top notch.

Went 5/12/22 late afternoon, normally I wouldn't take the time to review a place like the post office but the lady at the counter was the BEST. I was sending a passport to renew, she made sure the picture was sized right, quickly checked everything else, was very efficient with the line ahead of me, just quite the ninja
