Sue Braemer was extremely helpful explaining the next steps to completing our purchase and was very responsive to any questions we had.

You couldn't pay me to work with Sue. I purchased a house that she was selling and she made the process an absolute nightmare.

I would never deal with her again. Unprofessional is an under statement. She only had one showing and no open house. My home did sell but no thanks to her.

Sue was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate the home sale process. Sue has a lot of connections and is able to solve any problem that comes along. The process was smooth and efficient.

What a complete j**** Why anyone would hire this realtor is beyond me. She is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. She has the worst attitude. Condescending, pompous & arrogant do not even begin to describe her. Buyers and sellers beware!

This lady is out of her mind. She wants $1000 to review some sale by owner paperwork to make sure it's all good which would take 30m at Max. Scam!!!!

I have been dealing with Sue Braemer for the past 15 years and I have to say she was one of the best realtors I have dealt with. Sue went that extra mile where others stopped, she was knowledgeable and helped me find investment properties. I purchased at least eight properties and still buy from her. I enjoy working with her and will continue our professional relationship. I would recommend her to anyone.

When we moved from Illinois to Wisconsin, we used Sue Braemer for all our housing needs. Very smooth transition, couldn't have done it without her.

My husband and I were interested in a lot on a lake and wanted to make an offer on it. She asked me what we were offering, I told her....she NO WAY. She called me 'Honey" and stated that is not good enough and that we would need to come up a lot on our offer. She refused to present our offer to the owner, I did not believe our offer was out of line based on my research of the area and other lots in the area for sale. Of which, the lot has been for sale for almost two years now. She was very rude and of put out with the whole inquiry and discussion. I would never work with her or recommend her.

Very unprofessional.. first time buyers experience was terrible!! called a new Realitor!! Very Rude, didnt want to work with us! we were pre-approved and kept questioning us, back and forth. She had nothing to do with the sale other than posting it! Realitor showed us the place we bought it she made out well and was still rude, never apologized nor contacted us, the few emails we sent! I wouldnt suggest her unless u wanna play on her time and term!!

My husband and I went to an open house in Horicon listed by Sue Braemer this last weekend. We are new home buyers and have been going to open houses. We plan on buying a house come spring or summer. Sue was very rude to us. The open house was from 1-3pm. We were in our vehicle leaving at 2:59pm. Sue made us feel we were bothering her. She glares at us and talked to us as if we shouldn’t even be there. I felt so belittled by here. I feel bad for the person trying to sell that house. I left her a private FB message that went without a response. I then went to leave a review the following day and I was blocked from her FB page. With the amount of people that have had bad experiences, I wonder how she is still in business!! Wow!

About 3 months ago, my husband and I wanted to look at an open house by Sue Braemer on the lake for my father in law. We arrived an hour before the end, and it was closed, had to call another real estate agent in order to view property. Very umproffesional!

Most unprofessional realtor I've ever dealt with in my life. And let me say: this is not personal, but just a warning to anyone who crosses Sue Braemer. I am a real estate investor who was interested in viewing a property. I couldn't make the first appointment and called to cancel. When we set the second appointment, I admit I forgot about it because it was scheduled 4 days earlier and my schedule is tight. So when I called to re-set the appointment, that's when the horns came out! She would not take my calls nor return my calls. So I called my regular realtor to schedule an appointment and she went off on him for even trying to make an appointment. She told him that I couldn't even afford the property anyway. (by the way...I was pre-approved for this property already with my bank....and not to brag; could have paid cash) So when I heard this I called to speak with her and she kept hanging up on me over and over and over. (I had visited the property myself and really wanted to put in an offer, but just needed to see the entire building. And this property had been on the market for years. - probably due to her antics ) So I wrote her an email and told her to apologize to my realtor or I would contact the seller and tell the world how she was acting. Well let's just say it was like dealing with a 10 year old from then on out. The emails and the tone she took were disrespectful and insulting. I just feel sorry for the seller who lost a sale or anyone else who deals with Sue Braemer and doesn't fall in line. And if the owner of that property reads this....email me. I'll put in the offer, but not until Sue Braemer is out of the picture. She deserves NOTHING but contempt.
