Scott saved the day with my old rusty Jeep. It was having multiple Mis-fires and running really bad. Engine was knocking load and frequently.. I had to travel 2000 miles home and thought I might of been better off junking it and flying home with no means of transportation.. I was very blessed to have it straighten out for a reasonable price! It made it all the way home and still running strong.Service: Engine repair

I have nothing but great reviews to give you and your excellent services. I explained what I needed and was amazed and happy with how fast and what a great job your mechanic did. I always leave feeling safe in my vehicle and that things were done correctly. I just hope I have more opportunities to refer your services, because your business deserves it!

Worst 9 week experience of my life. Had given him $3000 up front to remove my motor and rebuild it, he ended up sending my motor to a buege performance. Does not build the your engine how you want. Then after that went to talk to him on the progress after 6 weeks and nothing was done i finally learned how Scott was trying to rebuild my ls1 by boring it double the recommendation. So I pulled the plug on rebuilding my ls1 and bought a 6.0 that was ready to go. This dude disassembled the 6.0 for no reason let it sit for 3 weeks when he promised me it would be done in 3 weeks from the beginning. Thankfully I was able to get $1800 of the $3000. So here i am 9 weeks later with nothing done. He uses all your cash to restore his blue mustang.

So I usually don't go out there and do this but, it's for everyone's best interest. Never take your work to Prager automotive. Outside of Beaver dam. Worst 9 week experience of my life. Scott is your guy for the best prices around. And how I know is because he did my work for $2000 less than all the rest of the competition.

Determined one of my tire pressure sensors was bad for free. It really doesn't get better than that. Thanks Scott

Car had the shifter linkage cable go out on it, Insurance company towed vehicle to Prager for work (Thursday 10/31). Scott initially said he would take a look at it, get me a quote and fix it the following week. After 8 business days (11/8), i called Scott. He hadn't had time to look at the vehicle yet. Ensured me he would get to it and get it fixed, gave me another deadline the following Monday, Tuesday. Another week goes by without a call or update from Scott. I called again, and was told in the same conversation that he both had it on the hoist and was looking at it, and that he also had not had a chance to look at it. He said he ordered the part and would get it fixed by Friday. Seeing as Scott has a tendency to miss deadlines he sets for himself, i volunteered to extend that window. Scott assured me that they like to "Get these quick little jobs out of the way" and it wouldn't be a problem gave me a price of 275$ (Above average for the estimated cost of this type of work). Friday, Monday, Tuesday go by with no information from Scott. Wednesday was a series of phone tags before i finally received some information from him. 21 Days from the date it was dropped off, and a half dozen missed promised dates from Scott. My vehicle was finally fixed. Now he asked me to pick the vehicle up by 5pm, because hes closing his shop early. The price of the repair also went up to $280 now. Not only did he take WAY longer then he promised, He charged me more money for the delay. Don't take your vehicles here folks. The prices aren't the lowest (As claimed to be), the timelines aren't guaranteed, and I haven't even seen the craftsmanship yet. This would have been an entirely different experience if Scott had been straight forward and said "Hey were super busy, i can't get this fixed for 3 weeks", and i would have gladly had it towed somewhere else. But instead i was promised date after date, none of which were met, and charged more money in the end. I'll definitely be relaying this to my insurance company and requesting this location be removed from the options available for vehicle repair.
