Everyone was great.There was a little problem with finding the order but after a delay it was located and loaded.

I'm from out of town. First visit was average. Had a wide variety of products which was nice, but the employees had no idea where anything was located in the store. Purchased a 12 pack of beer. Took 10 minutes for an adult over 21 to ring it up because he was the only adult in the huge store.

For about 40 years I kept hoping that West Bend would get a decent FF, always one of the smallest in the state even though they had some of the highest sales. So now they have a huge store except it's now owned by a billion dollar wall st hedge fund company that couldn't care less. Prices and inventory are garbage. Today I usually try shopping elsewhere.
