Absolute GARBAGE credit union. Been banking with them for over a decade and they're still less willing to work with me than other major credit cards and loan companies. Can see my perfect payment history but choose to still treat me like a suspicious stranger looking to take their money and run. Also constantly gives inaccurate account balances. Horrible place.

This place is horrible. I pulled my account tons of overdraft fees that I never overdraft on. they say they’ll fix it and then they say they can’t even though it’s their fault ??????

Some said this bank was good for business, I just can say that is the worse place.Don’t even think on getting a credit card for your business, transactions can be pulled on QB, you can’t see transactions in their system you have to call and it take hours.They deposit 10k on my personal instead the business and mess up all my QB they tried to fix it and they make it worse

They hold you’re money when you cash a check for 3-4 days. That’s completely ridiculous. I pulled my accounts out as they are a joke. Long lines, slow and not a bank I would suggest.

Several times now I have had nasty confrontive conversations with belugerent staff ir managers. The newest manager ..july. lots of turn over. Also, staff will read personal info such as passwords or account numbers or dollar amounts so entire lobny can hear. Most unprofessional bank iveever seen. Usefti be good, lots of staff turnover lately. Wonder why. Will be transferring accounts elsewhere.

This is the slowest bank I've ever been to! Literally took 10 minutes just to get a roll of quarters. If you go to the drive thru, make sure you're not in a rush, because the tellers sure aren't!!

Went to put my check through on the online banking app to hopefully save myself some time. What they don't tell you on there is that they will take 3-4 days with it pending and then they will only give you a few hundred of your check and put the rest on hold for a while longer until they can verify it and the check goes through. Would've been nice to have had a discretion on there to let everyone know ahead of time. Definitely switching banks because there's always something wrong with this one.

Can’t ever speak to someone on the phone; but once you’re in their building, no one’s on the phone. Frustrated that I haven’t been able to access my online account in YEARS cause they don’t answer the phone and I never get an email about my account info when I hit “forgot username.” Ridiculous customer service ??

I called in to inquire about their services and was put on hold for 83 minutes. So decided to physically go to their location when the teller informed me that wait times can be as long as 23 hours. Plus, they post vaccine mandates on their front door. An easy process of elimination in choosing where to do business. God bless America where at least I know I' m free.
