Gene did a fabulous job on the flowers for my daughter’s wedding. Everyone was so helpful. One of the ladies helping with the flowers even lent her shoes to one of the bridesmaids. We had many compliments on all of the flower arrangements and bouquets . Thank you!

Not only do Gene and his team create lovely arrangements, but they are the experts at coordinating the floral sentiments for local funerals. Each time I’ve used them to send, all I really need to tell them is budget and name, I trust their competent team will handle the rest.

I live in the Milwaukee area and ordered a spring bouquet yesterday for my mom who lives in Beaver Dam. She called me after she got it and had nothing but praises for the beautiful flower arrangement that was put together. Thank you, Gene, for a job well done. You know how to make people smile!

Gene's is the best. My daughter's wedding was canceled because of the coronavirus. Gene is holding onto the wedding arrangement until we are able to reschedule. His work is amazing!

After repeatedly running issues with trying to order flowers from a number of the larger florist websites, I opted to call "Gene's Beaver Florist" in hopes of completing an order. The order, meant to celebrate a newborn baby, was going to a co-worker of mine... I was beyond happy for the man and was more than excited to show him a small token of thanks for his contributions to my company. However, once I called to complete my order, my mood quickly soured. The man, who called identified himself as Gene, was extremely short and rude with me on the phone. I won't go into details about the specifics of his rudeness because frankly, he isn't worth it. Nor is his business. The overall experience left me feeling upset about the money, despite the fact that my co-worker's wife loved what they delivered. A lesson for Gene: "No matter how great your product, customer service and satisfaction starts when you pick up the phone." I will not be ordering from here again. Nor will I suggest this place to any of my co-workers, friends, or family members.
