Over the past several months, I have avoided going to Fleet Farm in Beaver Dam on the weekends due to they usually have only a few registers open with very long lines. Today, Tuesday April 5th, 2022 I went there just after 3:00 pm. As I walked in, I saw two very long lines extending into and down the aisles. They had only two registers open. I looked over at the service desk and there were six people in line there. I walked back over to the lines at the registers and counted 16 people in the two lines. I left Fleet Farm without purchasing anything, went home and ordered the products I was looking for on the Walmart website. Several months ago, I brought this to the attention of an employee at the service desk. He told me they just got a new manager and he's working to correct this problem. Hasn't been corrected yet.

Great if you go in person, find everything yourself or ask for help.HORRIBLE if you call on the phone for assistance. They will switchyou to multiple departments, various people then leave you onhold for long, long periods. Very frustrating to get simple answers!
