Been going there for years. Called to see if someone could just put some air in my tire. The guy said no they are booked. Never had a problem before when I needed air in a tire.

Purchased 4 tires and alignment , tires were put on and alignment was refused due to worn parts quoted 1000$ to fix , fixed myself in an hour and parts were 200$ . Brought car back in for alignment was refused again due to “worn wheel bearing this time “ lol . Took car to dealership got it aligned with zero issues . I’ve heard rumors about this auto center praying on elder people but I gave it benefit of a doubt …. Never again .

Made appointment for (1) new tire replacement on 7/6/23 9:15 am. Finally done at 10:45 am. Check your lug nuts they might not put the right ones back on. I thought I would give them another try. No change in 4 years. Do not Reccomend!!!Service: Tires

Over the past several months, I have avoided going to Fleet Farm in Beaver Dam on the weekends due to they usually have only a few registers open with very long lines. Today, Tuesday April 5th, 2022 I went there just after 3:00 pm. As I walked in, I saw two very long lines extending into and down the aisles. They had only two registers open. I looked over at the service desk and there were six people in line there. I walked back over to the lines at the registers and counted 16 people in the two lines. I left Fleet Farm without purchasing anything, went home and ordered the products I was looking for on the Walmart website. Several months ago, I brought this to the attention of an employee at the service desk. He told me they just got a new manager and he's working to correct this problem. Hasn't been corrected yet.

I was visiting my relatives in DeForest and our 2019 Honda Pilot Rear Driver side tire's pressure was very low. Upon their inspection, they did not find anything wrong with the tire and they simply inflated the tire. Despite their busy schedule due to low staffing, they fit me in, and they even changed the cap for valve stem and stayed after hours so I can pick up the car.In addition, the service was free of charge.Great service and I highly recommend this place.
