I found it very unsettling that I have brought my car to this shop twice now for my brakes within the past month or so and both times they have let my car leave with very squishy brakes and never informed of the problem or how to fix it. Both times after paying, I go out to my car thinking that it was good to go, only to realize (the first time) the brakes were still completely inoperable, and (the second time) the brakes going halfway to the floor before getting any brake whatsoever, and needing to go back inside to ask further questions. Granted, this time the brakes were working, and after asking questions, I understand that I need to drive the car a little bit and re-bleed the brakes to get extra air out. What I don't understand is why this wasn't brought to my attention as I was paying and before I left the shop, and instead, sending me on my way with no information and an improperly braking vehicle. Very unsettling.

Tire shop that doesn't mount tires lol. Front desk lady was very rude as well.

I've been here 3 times and had nothing but great experiences. My second time there was a slight mix up (i won't go into detail). But when I showed up the gentleman who worked on my car recognized me, met me out front as I was pulling in and was ready to do everything to make it right. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Went for an alignment and it was awesome, they also sent me a new customer card in the mail, which I though was nice as well.

All of the people here are very friendly. Been coming here for over 15 years at this point and I've never had a bad interaction with them. The turnaround time to get in is pretty reasonable, though lately getting in for an oil change is a bit iffy as they seem to be pretty busy.They are fair on their prices. I once had to get a new CO2 sensor and catalytic converter and it cost half to get it done at Fischbach than it would to get the repairs done at the dealership. They often have deals or rebates on tires, so keep an eye out.Wayne is really great. I've sadly had some bad luck with a few of my cars, so I've had to take my car to them for several serious repairs. They're always conscious of your budget and will work with you on things. Very realistic and good at setting expectations. One of the few places that I've taken my car to get an oil change where hey aren't constantly trying to push me to replace the cabin air filter when it doesn't actually need replacing.This place doesn't recommend unnecessary repairs or replacements. I've never once thought that they have taken advantage of me for not being car savvy. Highly recommended. Probably the best place in Beaver Dam to take your car for repairs or an oil change.

We were pulling a trailer we had overloaded. We blew a tire out in the middle of nowhere. A google search led to Fischbachs. We called and they had our size tire. We drove to their shop, paid, and 5 minutes later had our wheel back with a mounted tire. Total time lost - 65 minutes. We couldn’t be happier, and they really helped us out!

They were great. Very friendly. I dropped a few tires off to have tubes put in. They said they would have them done the next day. I no more got home and they were calling me to let me know that my tires were done and ready to be picked up!!!

Not being from the area I was unsure where to go when I found a screw head in my tire. Was concerned about driving to far on the fix a flat as screw appeared to be partially on side of tire(bigger hole). Saw the great reviews for Fischbach, decided to drive the extra miles. Totally worth it !!..fast service, great pricing, appreciate the chartiable groups they support. If your local use them!!!
