Waited to be checked out for 10 minutes and my husband even yelled that we needed to check out. Very disappointed!!! I've never had this problem at the one in Montello Wi. Your staff in Beaver Dam WI really needs to play attention to the customers. Not their friends that they are chatting with. Also I'm fairly certain that the delivery driver didn't need any help. No it was not busy. Just a couple delivery drivers. I'm not sure I'm ever going to go there again.

If I could I would rate it 0 stars. The old man in there tonight was talking about me to one of his co-workers because one of the tubs fell down and broke on accident and tried to make me feel super bad about it. He was absolutely nasty and very unprofessional the way he handled himself after the fact it happened. Customer Service goes a long way.

Normally really have a good experience however on this day I was treated as less than a person due to the fact that the person checking me out was friends of an ex-roommate. I asked you why is that any of her concern what happened between me and someone else and why am I paying for that friendship at a store where it has no business being. What kind of customer service worker can you be if the people who keep your business going are judged by relationships outside of that company. This girl filled every stereotype for me I have ever had. Unfortunately won't be returning although it's only a block away from my house I'll manage to go somewhere else

I have always felt it needs to be more organized, and the store really doesn't have a welcoming atmosphere!! It's kinda dark!! But I still will shop there because it's in Beaver Dam and I live there!!

I finnaly checked out the new Dollar General in Beaverdam. And i am happy to say its a very nice store. Its got bubblers restrooms rite in front of the store. Not hidden in the back like some stores. They have a large variety of grocery items and frozen foods and icecream treats. Its wonderful for the people living on the south end of Beaverdam becouse there are no grocery stores down there. The cashiers are very friendly and made me feel welcome. Even the back wall talks sometimes too. And shes also very friendly lol. So for an everything small shopping experiance stop at the clean and nicely organized Dollar General on Beaverdams growing south side!
