I gave this place many chances after several things have happens that shouldn’t happen like an oil filter coming loose the day after and oil change and my husband loosing all his oil and my radiator hose blowing off when I’m driving after having my car fixed after an accident. I’m pretty good at keeping my car up to date on maintenance. After my last experience there I decided to go else where due to them saying they new what was wrong with my car without running the codes from the lights being on and the problem not being fixed and them telling me I would have to pay the diagnostic fee again. Doing so I was able to find out what was wrong along with 4 other major safety issues that would have cost me over $3,000 if I didn’t have the extended warranty. This stuff isn’t stuff that happens over night. I will never go back. Also when both incidents happened it was after hours so I had to speak with Tony the sales manager who was extremely rude telling me that I called them demanding they fix something on my husbands truck 5 years ago when we bought it, which wasn’t true and proceeded to say rude things until I told him I was pregnant than everything was fine.

Joel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the repair of our new Silverado ZR2! He went out if his way to get this repair completed and us back on the road again ! Thank you again Joel for your outstanding job!

We just got our Chevy Silverado 2500, a beautiful truck. Juan and all the staff were wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a nicer crew of people.

We bought a brand new 2023 Traverse. We were assisted with On Star setup only. No one took the time to explain all the new features like lane assist, how to use screens & controls, driver mode selector, driver info center, etc. We felt like once they had the money, the customer no longer mattered.

I find it funny that when ever some gives you a bad review you play victim in your response. Have you ever thought hey maybe things need to change as in starting with getting rid of the bad apples because apparently you guys don't care how they treat the customers. I seriously don't understand how Austin is still employed with you. He is rude arrogant doesn't listen to you plays on his phone likes to have personal conversations in front of customers and the list goes on!

They got my appointment wrong. I have never had a good service experience here. Every single time there is an issue. Kyle the sales guy is amazing but I will purchase my next vehicle somewhere else so I do not have to deal with this rude incompetent service department

Very good selection of vehicles the salesman let us drive as many vehicles as we needed to to decide which one we wanted, which was nice because we didn’t know. And they also gave us a very fair offer on our vehicle that we traded in overall it was a great experience.

Went as smooth as it could for this process, long. Everyone extremely nice, no pressure. With that said, it would of been nice to have a vending machine with soda/water or food. Very happy with my Trail Blazer, a lot of compliments.ts already.

I was on a work trip with another 4 hours to get home when the PSI gauge on my back tire started dropping...fast. After one other tire place telling me they didn't have time/staff to help, Elliot took my (rental) car and fixed the leak in less than 15 minutes. Literally tears in my eyes when he said it was done and to make it home safe. People like Elliot that quickly help out because it is the right thing to do are what the world needs more of. Thank you Elliott.

Juan was great. Wasn’t pushy and stuck with us as we test drove quite a few vehicles. Only downside was we were told interest rate would be no higher than 3.9% and it ended up almost 7%

Told me I could pick up my vehicle. Arrived to pick it up and was told bill wasn’t ready. Asked if I could come back Monday to pay. Which meant leaving work again early. I question what it is like for service after the sale

The service department did a great job. I have never had a bad experience. But bad thing, I just got a $30 coupon from them today! I could have used it yesterday towards my $230+ oil change.aybe they'll see this and send me $30.

I took my truck in for alignment and they didn’t even align it right and two days later the tire went completely out of alignment and I went there and the guy told me I was crazy and very arrogant don’t work with Austin Walker he will treat you terribly

This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and everyone at Napleton just made my first new vehicle purchase special and super simple. Kyle and Tony went way out of their way to ensure my experience was excellent and truly took care of me. Kyle and Tony stayed after the dealership closed to continue to talk with me and provide me some insight in my future career paths. These two guys are extremely nice, down to Earth, and are very knowledgeable. If I owned a dealership, I would want Kyle and Tony running it. I highly recommend working with this dealer.
