I've been here and had no problems whatsoever and I need 85 characters so I'll keep goin, me and my family have good experiences for a gas station and you can't have 5 star hotel gas station expectations because it's generic and for a gas st it's good

I go here every week for gas. Clean store best price for 24oz sodas in the state. Also avalible chippys popcorn many flavors.never had a problem with the gas pumps. Always in great working order. Also they donate to the local school when u buy gas. So stop in for a pop and popcorn and leave with a full tank of gas.

When purchasing gas a few weeks ago at this BP station on Park Ave in Beaver Dam, I was solicited to purchased a car wash even though when proceeding to it, it was not working! Since I live 1/2 an hour away and am not able to get down here often, when I returned today I found that not only was the car wash still closed, but the car wash validity date was expired by three days. When I asked for a refund or a credit towards gas I was told that there was nothing they could do and I was basically just out of luck! Their refusal to honor giving me a refund on what they so gladly sold me yet couldn’t provide for me, and still cannot provide for me, is not only outrageous but the worst possible customer service or sense of honesty in business. When I lived in Beaver Dam this station belonged to Shell gas stations and it was not only my favorite but only gas station I frequented. I told others of their great quality. In my opinion they should now be known for their deceptive and dishonest practices.

Shocking and DISHONEST that a negative review I wrote 2 days ago suddenly disappeared! Yesterday I copied my review and the response from the owner to a Word file. After I responded to the owner on his email, my REVIEW DISAPPEARED, even though the owner never "made it right" as promised.
