I recommend Jerry's Automotive without question. I've an older car (2003) and had three other places try to tell me there were more issues than was the case. I only knew better because my father was a mechanic and I'd learned what to look for along the way. For its age, my car has been well taken care of and did not need those additional repairs. I've been treated with respect, listened to while I explained whatever issue is happening. They've treated my car with respect as well even though there's nothing special about it other than I want to keep it and drive it as long as I can. I had a check engine light that was a bit of a mystery, misled by a couple of places for $$$ and it would have been the wrong repair. Jerry's got to the bottom of it. Turned out to be a fuel tank pressure sensor issue and a couple other things like lose belts, etc. I did call around to check prices with other shops that were recommended. Jerry's has been in line of average. I'm coming up on 100k miles and due for a big maintenance service then. Jerry's will do the work and I know they'll do a great job. I also know that they stand by their work. I've not had any issues with anything they've done but I know they would make it right if ever. Even though I've thanked anyone there, I've even gone so far as dropping off some baked goods. I simply appreciate the staff in the shop and store. They're keepers.

Jerry's Automotive made a scary situation comfortable and easy. I was two hours in on a five hour drive when my rear brake line blew at ten to five in the evening. Luckily my GPS led me to Jerry's where I was greeted by the owner who made me feel at ease. The knowledgeable mechanic, Jeremy saw that I wouldn't be going anywhere that night, and said he was going to put my packed truck in the garage for extra safety. Then I was given a loaner car at no extra charge. He also said he was going to start on my truck first thing in the morning. I saw that it was a very busy place and knew this was exceptional and very kind. Seeing that I was a female traveling alone and still a bit flustered, Jerry asked me to follow behind his vehicle and led me to a nice hotel not far from the business. He even went as far as to go into the lobby and get me a discount before wishing me well. The next morning my truck was done much sooner than expected, at a reasonable price. I even received a ten dollar voucher toward gasoline. When I think about this experience it honestly brings tears to my eyes. This is the first time I can look back upon serious car trouble as a positive experience. I'm truly grateful that my truck broke down where it did. Thank you Jerry and Jeremy for your kindness and expertise!!!

Had my truck in for exhaust work, was told parts were not available and he would have to fabricate the tail pipe. Parts were available when looked up on Google just not from his supplier, his estimate 600 +, had the entire exhaust replaced at Vic's in Horicon for less than 400. Never again Jerry.

I was in Beaver Dam for a basketball tournament and noticed my tire was low. Nail. I called 4 different places and no one was open with the exception of Jerry's. He got me right in, treated me like a local, charged me $10 for an hours worth of work, and allowed me to watch the process. Just wanted to give this place a huge shout out. If you're in town and need anything repaired quickly- go to Jerry's.

We have been going to Jerry for about 20 years now with all of our vehicles, foreign and domestic. Jerry is always honest, dependable and extremely knowledgeable and we have never been surprised by an outrageous bill. Jerry and his mechanics are top of the line and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Every time I need repairs or maintenance done on my vehicle, Jerry's has been very accommodating, timely, honest, fair priced and allowed me use of a loaner vehicle. I have been very happy with all of their work and customer service.

Customer service is lacking. Prices are higher than other places in town with much friendlier, efficient service.
