Brennon and Danah did the impossible for me and got me out of a car I couldn’t stand driving and into an amazing suv that I can’t get enough of. To say thank you for their work and determination to help me find something isn’t even enough. Highly recommend!

We have now made a used car purchase (Daniel DeVries, Salesman); had courtesy tire repair service at our home; and had repair work done by the service department of Summit Ford. Every single employee in every department has greeted us with smiles and has performed with the utmost of professionalism and competency. Our experience with Summit Ford has been the most comfortable and relaxed than with any other car dealership, and we trust the vehicle we purchased more than any in our past. Any future automotive needs will most definitely be taken to Summit Ford.

Shout out to the Summit Ford team! After my Jeep was totaled due to hail damage, I reached out to Nick Farley. I told him what I was looking for and gave him only a 30 minute lead time. When I arrived, he had several vehicles ready for me to look at. Nick, Brennan Moul and Danah took care of me efficiently and with smiles. Bonus was catching up with classmate Joel Zerbel and friend Stephanie Levey while there. Great group of people. I’ll be back to buy again when the time comes.

THEY WANT ME ARRESTED!
Be very careful with these people, they groom you! My salesman Brennon was a little too charming...and bold, he actually implied that he wanted me to bring him coffee! The finance lady Danah was crazy, she was so...happy, and nice. She tried to pay me for the coffee that of course I got for them...she literally threw he money at me and ran away giggling. Lol, no seriously tho, I went to trade in a vehicle which I had never done before. Don't like haggling so basically said I want this amount on my trade in and this other car, with all the warranties for less than my previous car payment. As I was saying it I realized I wasn't being realistic. Long story short, they offered me significantly more than I had asked for on my trade in, ( what car dealership offers you more than ehat you said you'd take?)somehow made all numbers work, $100 less of a carpayment for me. Danah explained all the extra coverage that i opted for ( which I got because I wanted it, the vehicle had high miles.) They didnt preasure me at all. There was no stress, no bartering ( although I do think those coffees led to me getting some nice sweatshirts and a cool pen at the end ) . They were so helpful, informative. They literally took care of all my concerns. As someone who has walked right out of car dealerships based solely on how I was treated, and who has never owned a ford,I can tell you that I will drive the hour from where I live to the Ford dealership, to request Brennon and Danah again. I'm sure everyone is awesome, but it's gotta be pretty hard to top those 2. Such a truly honest dealership...oh, the arrested part... I now have a beautiful older audi that looks brand new that goes fast and has surround sound...I'm in trouble

I’ll never buy from another dealer again. Daniel and Danah are a dream team and they both deserve a raise! Daniel was so patient and kind. He took his time explaining my vehicle options, and worked hard with me on my trade. Danah was not pushy at all, and made the finance piece comfortable. I never felt pushed or overwhelmed at this dealer. I plan to continue all of my vehicle work with them and will refer anyone I can!

There was an open item that they took awhile to resolve, much longer than I was initially told.
In the end, however they did the right thing, and I got what I was promised.
Sometimes, that's as important as getting things right the first time.
