I do not care what the excuse is. I'm out, all of you can get in a truck and drive it yourself......... I'm DONE, and I promise, companies like this, and "other" picky customers will struggle to get freight. Many of us are stepping out of these nasty, bumpy, vehicles that you people DO NOT appreciate. I'm done...... bring your own dam product. Got it!!!!!!

Security check in and office staff are amazing. Appointment time 10am got me in right away 630am. Parking on street right out front.

Check in 6:20 pm. 7:00pm I got the door. Fast loading., but my appointment.on the next day 11:00am. Respect ??

It WAS a nice place to deliver and pickup,I enjoyed to come to this place,but something is wrong now,even if I was in time for pickup (3 1/2 hours early)with 5 pm appointment time still no door after 2 hours past the appointment time.They are starting to look like Lineage Logistics….or maybe they bought them.Then we have a big problem It’s sad anyway because they don’t care about us about our driving hours.Maybe this time only happened? We’ll see!!!

One of the best places to load ? toom me in for PU 12 hrs prior... over night before or after PU available parking on the street ,, easy 7 + semi's.

Level 3 Type: Live-Unload⭕️Pros- Quick door assignment and unload process.- Easy to find location.- Plenty of real estate to maneuver.- Overnight parking ONLY if you are empty.- Clean yard and customer care lounge.- Very clean indoor bathroom.- Great customer service at guard shack.?Cons- Late fee $125.00.- Shipping/receiving customer service moderate poor, subtle rude, reception.- No blue beacon washout within range.? Tips- DO NOT be late on appointment.- Love’s truck stop within range.♨️Deliver again? YES ??
