I would just like to say at the ripe old age of 72, I just bought the most comfortable " foot problem solving " shoes in my entire life. They practically walk for me. They erase foot problems that kept me from being able to buy any shoes for over 5 years despite going to various specialty shoe stores. Thank you Olde Towne Comfort Shoes. Your name does not lie!

Unbelievable poor customer service. They refused to set up a new I phone purchased from them and were told to go some where else. We then went to Madison to have the phone activated. 30 plus years with AT&T, can’t believe this stores poor management.

Disrespectful and rude employees, I will make sure to report this location to corporate. Terrible customer service, I will make sure to never visit this store again. Their bad attitude and rude behavior is making me question using AT&T services in the future.

Awesome customer service the day I was there looking for a couple of phone cases & liquid screen protectors for the 2 new galaxy S22 ultra's I had just received. I didn't feel like shelling out the money during the pre-registration, thought i could find something a little less expensive which the store did have in stock & they were the type of cases I wanted. The gentleman who helped me find the cases found just one of the liquid protectors which he stated he'd do it for me. Sweet but I only had one of the phones. He was able to find an additional liquid protector & seeing it'd take 15 mins or so he had let me know I could run back to my place for the 2nd phone.Both phones looked great & they worked the same, maybe I should say...Awesome! Loved the service!!

If It let me I would put 0 stars, I opened new account ordered red iPhone 12, canceled it cuz the estimated time to receive it kept changing & was going to take too long, I call on the phone place a white iPhone12, they cancel that order, I call to place another order AGAIN same phone they said I shouldn’t have no problems I talked to supervisor also they apologize, it’s CANCELED AGAIN,turns out I have to call fraud number but no one ever told me this & that I can’t place an order over the phone or online that I have to do it in the at&t store in person cuz of my 2 different addresses I have on file but NO ONE TOLD ME THIS. I will pay my phone in full & cancel my service. This all happened within less than 2 weeks of opening an account
