Impossible to get a hold of anyone useful with their new call center. I ran out of propane December 11 because they switched me from automatic delivery to will call delivery without notifying me. I called the day I ran out of gas trying to straighten out the situation and explaining I was out of gas/had no heat. They left me sit with no gas or heat in December in Wisconsin FOR A WHOLE WEEK. More than likely will not be a customer much longer.

No walk in appointments to get small propane tanks refilled. Called the number which is automated. Finally just requested representative and wait time was over an hour. Worst service.

As others have said, all the good local people in Beaver Dam (Peggy) are gone! You are now talking to people in Ohio ( when you finally get through to a person) that have no idea who you are, and seemingly don't care either. Also the price I received from them to refill, end of October 2020, was significantly higher than prices I received from other providers in the area.

Service was great from the Beaver Dam office - UNTIL they changed their phone system. You can no longer call the local office. Instead you have to wade through an automated system and be placed on hold for 45 minutes. I used to be able to call Peggy and get answers in minutes. Apparently those days are long gone in favor of the automation "to better serve you" What a crock.

They were helpful and responsive. I had a foreclosure that needed bids, photos and a quick invoice for bank needs. Everything was prompt.

Fast friendly service. The only propane service I called that seem to want my business. Only had to get 200 gallons to start which is great sinve on a tight budget, other guys wanted 500-800 minimum order, which I wouldn't even use that much in a year since we have a very small house. We haven't even used a 100 gallons in 2 months in the middle of winter. Thanks for great service guys.

The delivery people are both helpful and patient. My child wanted to learn about the process and they answered all of his questions with a smile. They did all of the safety checks and lit my stubborn pilot lights. This is my first time having Propane in my home, but after watching, learning and talking with them, I am confident that my family is safe and there is nothing to worry about. I wouldn't have any other gas company service my home. Thank you Amerigas for helping me take care of my family and for putting my mind at ease.
