Very nice Mom and Pop store. Very friendly and knowledgeable. In these days when folks throw away a vaccume it's nice to see that they can be fixed and someone is still doing so reasonably!

Fantastic work!! My machine totally broke down during my busy sewing season - A-1 Tri-County Vacuum & Sewing Center was able to fit it in the same day I called. Several hours later, I picked up my machine and not only was it working, it was running better than it had for years. All for a great price too! Thank you so much.

Very fast and professional place. They were able to find old set screws to fit a sewing machine in a cabinet, from the 60’s. It now can sit in the cabinet nicely! Thanks Pamela B.

The customer service brought me to the doors of this store all the way from Madison. I was hesitant to make the 1.5 hour round trip for a $15 part but that's better than a new vac! I was in search for a vacuum hose to fit my 10-15 year old Bissel. Kevin returned my call from the night before and left me a message saying he had the part. I called him back the next day and confirmed and drove from Madison to get it. Incredibly friendly and helpful. I was a little surprised that he had returned my call but I'm glad he did. Saved me some money!Covid safe, incredibly helpful, you can't go wrong trusting Kevin (A1vacnsew.com) to take care of your needs.

I came in with a sewing machine that wasn't operating correctly. Kevin was working and set the machine up right away while I was standing there to see what was wrong with it. In literally just a minute he figured out what the issue was, fixed it, and had me on my way. The level of customer service and knowledge that Kevin had was outstanding. You would never receive the level of service I received at A-1, at a big box store. I would strongly recommend you take your business there if you have a need. I was very impressed with my visit.

My mom had an older sewing machine that’s not very popular anymore and they were able to track down the parts it needed to get it back up in running order again. Very friendly and easy to work with!
