Owned by adventurers and former mushers Julie Buckles and Charly Ray, the store offers a diverse collection of new, used, and rare books, vinyl records, dog treats, and collars and leashes. In addition to the main store, Honest Dog Books also features a theater, wine, and beer bar, coffee service, a children's play space, and an outdoor courtyard, creating a vibrant literary and cultural hub in downtown Bayfield. HDB has a variety of book subscription options for adults, young adults, and children. Ships nationwide.
This bookstore was so fun to visit. The selection was great, the atmosphere is unique, and the prices were affordable.
Definitely worth a visit.

An absolutely fantastic bookstore that is much bigger than it looks at the entrance. Great vibes, great staff, great dog, great books. Cannot recommend highly enough!
