I cannot say enough glowing things about both this store and the women who work there. From the moment we entered to the time we left (the proud owners of some absolutely stunning pieces of local jewelry), we were treated with exceptional kindness, enthusiasm, and respect. I cannot rate this experience highly enough and will absolutely be back.

My friend and I visited around Wisconsin and this was by far our favorite shop. Unlike other stores that sourced their jewelry (which was also very fun!), this shop has a jewelery maker right on site. They have pieces that reflect stones from Lake Superior, and other pieces that are just beautiful. Everyone was so kind and nice. We had a really fun time and can’t wait to be back one day!

Owner is so talented and kind. I love her Lake Superior rock earrings. When I lost one she turn the other into a necklace that I love. And then after trying a length for a few weeks she let me exchange for a shorter chain length!

On the date 10-7-2023 at approximately 1130am-noonMy fiancé and I were at Applefest and seen this store. We decided to go in and see if I could size my ring finger and possibly find a ring for me. When I entered the store there were three what I thought to be employees behind the counter and one of those employees turned out to be the owner. (I found out later) There we three what seemed to be customers two being helped by the owner and one just seemed to be browsing. One of the kind ladies behind the counter (not the owner)on the left side of the store asked if she could help us? I said sure I’m looking to size my ring finger. And no more then second later a lady on the right side of the store shouted “NOT DURING APPLEFEST”! So I turned around to the lady shouting behind me. She again stated “NOT DURING APPLEFEST, WE DONT HAVE THE TIME TO SIZE PEOPLE DURING APPLEFEST, UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO BUY A RING! I was taken back that this lady (the owner). ONE was yelling at me and my fiancé, and two that she was shouting over the people she was helping. The customers in the store were looking at us all puzzled. So I turned around and the kind employee had a big rig with all the sized rings in her hand and was looking at the owner puzzled as well. So the time it took for the owner to embarrass us and shout at us I could have been sized up and looking at rings. But instead we were so embarrassed we ended up leaving. I’ve been sized up many years ago and it takes about 5 seconds, but instead it took longer for her to yell at us. I’ve been in sales and understand when things are busy, you might not have time for certain things. However when there are no lines and an employee is trying to help us I don’t think time is of the essence, and even if it was YOU own a JEWELRY STORE that’s part of your service! It would be like me entering a shoes store during a busy sale and the salesman or owner saying we can’t let you try on the shoes, you must commit to buying them before I waste my time with you. If that’s the case put a sign on your door in big bold letters NO RING SIZING OR SPECIAL HELP IF YOU DONT COMMIT VERBALLY TO BUYING!My fiancé then wrote a review for this place and the owner responded by telling my fiancé that she was just trying to destroy small businesses. Which I find hilarious due to the fact we bought tons of stuff from other small businesses on the same street as this jewelry store. To the tune of about $1000 And had wonder experiences with those stores and owners! Also those other stores did have huge lines and tons of more people in them compared to this jewelry store. I also told this story to my friends that have small businesses and their opinion was this lady must have some power and control issues to work on.Kudos to the staff that work there, seems like a hostile workplace!Buy the way I put the time and date so you (the OWNER) can check you surveillance footage when you try to get another case of amnesia when someone calls you out for being wild and unreasonable.I’m 6 foot wearing a black and white flannel with black pants and a ball capMy fiancé was wearing blue jeans and a white furry vest with a stormy cormer hat on.God blessBut this experience was just wildAnd don’t not recommend this store for anything!

My fiance and I walked in this jewelry shop during Apple Fest to look around and also see if we could get a ring size. While one lady behind the counter went to help us, the owner yelled at us in front of EVERYBODY in there telling us, "We're too busy for that, you can't ask us for help with a ring size during Apple Fest unless you're going to buy something!" The lady helping us looked shocked and confused at this. So we left very upset. There was NO reason this lady needed to be so rude and mean to us. I would not recommend this shop to anybody (unless this lady , I'm assuming the owner) leaves. Do not waste your time. Way to lose some potential customers.

Thank you Ravenwind for the great class! She was kind, patient, and welcomed creativity to her workshop and made everyone feel welcome! I love both of the beaded bracelets she taught me how to make and I'm excited to learn more in future classes!

Great place to find knick-knacks and trinkets. There's a great store for t-shirts up the street.

Me and my friend were looking around admiring the stuff. We looked at one of the $100 pair of earrings and it was too expensive for us because we don't have much money. My friend, a fellow artisan, said she could make them cheaper and the owner somehow heard us from all the way across the room, when our parent behind us didn't hear us. The owner came over and rudely lectured us saying that it's offensive to say something like that and saying " I'm just educating you " when my friend was trying to explain to the owner she didn't mean that in a bad way. Then we left and my friend was on the verge of crying.
