I only used the gym, but they also have a pool and a sauna; there may be other amenities as well. The gym itself is odd but not bad. It's spread across two rooms, each of which is separated from the hall by a closed door, which makes it kind of awkward to shuffle between exercises that are in each room. One room includes:- 1 decline bench- An adjustable incline bench- Hip extension setup- Old iron dumbbells in pairs from 5 pounds up to 75 pounds- Some cardio equipment (1 rowing machine, 2 seated bike machines, and a few other things)The other room includes the majority of the weightlifting equipment, specifically:- 1 squat rack with an extra 45lbs barbell- Preacher curl setup- Lat pulldown / seated row machine- Chest press machine- Pec deck / reverse fly machine- An adjustable dual cable setup- Leg extension machine- Leg press machine- 2 exercise bikes- 3 treadmil1s- 1 elliptical- 1 stairmaster- 1 incline bench pressA day pass costs $10. Outside shoes are ok (despite the signs inside) as long as you wipe your feet and make sure your shoes aren't covered in dirt / mud.

A great community asset and salubrious response to 4Season life in Bayfield. Knowing this exists within a walkable city is 90% of a decision to move here.

It was fine until the second lifeguard named Issac came out and started hollering at the kids. Then he started throwing things around after something broke. Very unprofessional. Will never go back. And definitely don’t recommend because they have a swim class take up half of the pool during open swim. False advertising!!!! Very disappointed in this place.

Saline pool

The hot tub is salt water, too, I believe and is right next to the pool, so it is easy to alternate it with lap swimming. Fridays are free for seniors, so no excuse not to try a Silver Sneakers class or the aqua fit class. I wish there were a few more “zumba dance” moves in the latter class and a variety of music to dance or move a bit more energetically to as well. I loved that the instructor ended with the resistance bands in the water in 2 groups. It’s an easy class to drop in and try.

It's affordable and convenient but fitness room is cramped and easily feels crowded once more than 3 people are present. Also, equipment could use updating.

We are so lucky to have this facility in our little town. Lots of fun activities for children. Keep up the good work!
