What a pleasant experience!!! Bought my vehicle on Saturday. Sean was such a pleasure to work with- answered all of my questions, honestly. The entire staff was polite, friendly and made it a great experience. Highly recommend this dealership - I wish I could give them 10 stars.

The tech at swant graber did a great job of diagnosing the problem with my truck told me how to get it fixed. Gave me an estimate and when he could do it. Fixed it as promised on time and almost the exact estimate cost. Hardly never happens like that. Recommend them.

Terrific experience. They were honest and transparent throughout the process. When the timing of taking delivery of the vehicle became an issue they provided solutions rather than barriers. We are very satisfied with the car, the dealership, and the delivery experience.

I Worked with Alisha and she was great! I would give 5 stars to her she did an amazing job answering all mine and my husbands questions. Gave 4 stars because the finance manager was kinda grumpy after turning down gap coverage. Hopefully it was just a bad day, however it won't stop me from buying from them again.

My mother lives hours away from me. Every time she takes her vehicle in to ford. I know she will get quality work and not get talked into unnecessary items. She has been using Barron Ford for years.

Our salesman Brad was very knowledgeable and experienced in the vehicle we purchased and took time to go through the entire vehicle from bumper to bumper with all the options and how to use them. We did not feel pressured at all to purchase any extended warranty or products and the financing department very quick and knowledgeable and again no pressure with any extended warranty with them. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from this dealership and recommend it to my friends and family. I have also heard wonderful things about their service department as well.

Excellent in every way. Brad was my salesperson and he exceeded my expectations in every way. I have purchased many vehicles and this was the best experience by far. I can’t recommend them high enough. I don’t want to go anywhere else now that I have experienced how it can be.

Rick Olson treated this 79 year old lady very rude.
He called me and told me he has some
"Mansplaing" to do.
Long story. I thought I had a recall
Him.and Debra in service dept.are people I would not wish on anyone to have to deal with.
My first and last time there. I did pay
$135an hour labor .total labor $189 plus $62 for part. I was there 70 minutes.
I just wish they hadn't been so rude

I purchased a truck from Swant Graber and was very happy with the transaction and entire process. I traded a truck in as well. I recently went to purchase a new truck and it was discovered at that time that the truck I purchased from Swant had considerable hail damage on the roof, enough so that it affected the value for trade in. Other than that the truck was in excellent condition. This was damage that happened prior to me owning it and was not disclosed to me when I purchased the truck. Lesson learned however still very disappointed in Swant for not disclosing it at time of purchase. It definitely would have affected the transaction and I now feel biased against them.

I recently bought a vehicle here. The sales people were great. Shout out to Dylan and Talon. I unfortunately had an issue with the truck within a week but they made sure it was swiftly taken care of. Same day service which is very rare!! They were awesome to deal with and I would not hesitate to call them up again.
