I love that everytime I go to this store, the same guy (Mark I think his name is) is there and almost always has the part I need in-house and if not, can most of the time get it from their wharehouse the same day. The other Auto parts stores in town never have the same people working as the last time you were there and or the people are not as knowledgeable.

I was broken down with a dead alternator and from FAR out of town. The guys were very helpful. They even loaned me a cheater pipe to release the tensioner on my '02 RAV4. Thanks to the staff (Jeff, others) who helped me get back on the road.

I have had nothing but exemplary service at Weave Auto Parts. The previous reviewer should realize Weaver's caters to professional mechanics and expects you to know what you're doing. If you want help or someone to do it for you go to a chain store or a mechanic. However, don't expect them to have the selection of parts available that Weaver's does.

Not even worth one star. Handed my boyfriend the tester to read the check engine light, he went out and did it by himself, and when he went back in to ask what the reading meant he was told to "just Google it" no help at all. Waste of our time. We won't be going back.
