Employees are badgery and wants to follow you around and argue about a bra you prefer to wear. I found them very rude and disrespectful.

The lady who helped me was super nice. The clothing fit nice and actually had plus size and not just large. Definitely will be shopping there again.

Love this store! We did have an odd experience with one of the sales people, I was shopping with my wife and the sales person asked my wife what type of underwear she wears. My wife likes boxer briefs, the woman seemed quite perplexed. My wife stated she wouldn't wear anything in this store, we were there shopping for me. We completed my purchase and headed out. My wife felt quite uncomfortable with the experience. My advice, focus on the one who's actively looking through the racks, not the one who's with the shopper.

Nothing wrong with the store - don't trust the Google maps directions! This store is located in The Outlets at the Dells - maps will send you to a cornfield by Baraboo

Got here at 7:45pm when they're supposed to be open until 8pm. I had a direct view of the other employee at the register already counting. She heard me try to open the door and made eye contact with me, but ignored me and continued to count. Pretty ridiculous. I worked in retail and we would never close that early, maybe 2 minute early, but never 15.

Store is nice itself, but employee Kayla aside from being rude smelled extremely bad, like intensely bad, unshowered smell it made the whole experience painful. Would be nice if Torrid had some hygiene standards in effect.

Was pretty sad to see the lack of product at this location. Used to be one of my favorite stores to visit, however it’s pretty bare with very little inventory.

Love the store but not impressed on how the manager talks to her employees. She is so rude when she talks to them. Very Unprofessional.
