Brought in a 2017 WRX CVT to get the front dif/ trans and rear dif fluid changed. Tech did change the front dif / trans fluid, but failed to mention in the notes that thes rear fluid looked ok. And the only reason we found that out is because when we asked about it, the tech in the back rudely interrupted us while we were asking the desk clerk as to what they meant by "rear dif topped off". We have had the car for 40k miles and wanted the rear fluid changed, regardless of how it looked or what the tech wanted. Very rude staff when dropping the car off because their parking lot was being worked on. I was going to bring my car in to get the timing belt changed here but I think I'd rather go to Madison.

Dropped off my vehicle today and stated what I wanted fixed. Radiator leak and go through the vehicle. I get a call later that they verified what I said was wrong and it would be ~$6,000. Asked what parts they were using, aftermarket. I asked if I brought my own parts shipped from the dealer if they would install them. I overheard the conversation in the background and it was unfortunate. They stated word for word we won’t make any money off of that. Tell him it’s our parts or nothing, we make money off parts. The gentleman who seemed kind came back on the phone apologized and said we are going to have to pass on your car. I trusted this business when Glen owned it, miss you Glen. I was charged $148 just for them to verify the issues I had.
Service currently scheduled at dealer compared to Sullivan’s with aftermarket parts comparison:
Replace (2) Radiators, Sullivan’s- $2,500, Dealer: $1,548
Replace both front CV Axel, Sullivan’s - $2,700
Dealer: $1,367
I cannot believe how much they tried to scam me and I hope this helps others. Please, please get a second opinion before committing.

I brought my car there to fix a small coolant leak and they somehow started it without the timing in the right spot and blew my engine up. They ended up replacing the engine but never fixed the coolant leak and now it has electrical problems which they refuse to fix. Oh yeah and they had my car for 6 months. All over a coolant leak. Total garbage.

Sullivans Two is the Best! They are professional, personable and thorough. When I went in for my car's oil change, they also did a check of the belts, fans and fluids. Nice job guys and gals. Thanks!

Our truck broke down on the last leg of our two week camping trip. Sullivans Two got us in right away AND stayed late the Friday before the 4th of July weekend to make sure we got on the road safely. They were honest and more than fair with everything they said and did. Truly, they made what could have been a terrible experience into one that left us feeling like they we just as worried about getting us on the road as we were. Thank you for all that you did. We appreciate it more than you know.

Nice town but Do Not go to this shop. Had a flat tire while in town. I showed up and everything seemed fine. Dropped the tire off for an hour. When I got back the mechanic took the sensor out of my tire and said that he "didn't fine a leak." That "it should be good now." 3 hours later the slow leak continued and I was stuck changing the tire on the side of the road. Went back the next day and told them this. They said that I "must have done something wrong or ran over a nail." The ignorance and pure laziness of the shop was unbelievable. They refused a refund and asked to look at the tire again. I allowed them to look at the tire again and they said "they still couldn't find a leak" and that I "must have a cracked rim." I decided to look for the leak myself with their soapy water and found it in 3 minutes of looking. Thankfully they didn't throw away my sensor or break it because they reinstalled the perfectly good part onto my rim. Hours of my time wasted, my vehicle and life put at risk, and they tried to tell me that it was my fault. They just seem to not be able to do their job unless you show them how to do it.Service: Tires

I would trust any car I own with this great place. The mechanics know what's best for your car, and it may not always be what you think. Trust them.

So, I don't know much about cars and who you should trust with pricing, but my husband and his family definitely do. We've gone to multiple places in town and this is always their go-to for our cars and trucks. They're fast, reliable and we never end up spending more than we're quoted, which has always been reasonable. They relatively recently changed locations in Baraboo and this one is much nicer than their previous. Expect friendly and quick service. You can drop off your keys and information in a drop-box when they're closed so that they can get working on it the next day, which is very convenient. My husband is a little old-school and still writes checks for some things, which they have accepted. Overall, I definitely recommend coming here for the little stuff like oil changes and the big repairs if needed!
