Today I had my windshield replaced. Something no one has time for or wants to do (stupid rock). Not only that I had to drive 35 minutes to get there. So, to say I wasn't feeling very enthusiastic about the afternoon would be putting it mildly. Until I arrived....very pleasant service from the lady at the front counter. She checked me in and got the ball rolling. A short time later I see my vehicle being moved and she told me 2-3 hours. About 90 minutes goes by and the tech comes in to tell me it all went well but there were some error codes in my camera system that he needed to work on. Over the next 30 minutes he came back a couple times saying he was having no luck and I may have to take it to the dealership. We are now there after hours, people were going home. They kept working on it, making calls to tech support, etc. Eventually, they figured it out. Hats off to everyone there. I hope I never need another windshield replacement, but if I do this place will be doing it. Excellent!!!

This safelite people will send technicians with no experience to come do your job. They will have things broken after they do their job and will accuse you for having the car like that before they came. They sent a guy to replace my windshield, the guy did a rough and rushed job and when he left I started noticing that clips and other components were missing and some are broken. I call them to reschedule an appointment few days after, the second tech that came, noticed everything that I was complaining about, end even talked about the gonna have to order some new parts to replace the broken ones. Guess what, when he left, he went to tell his boss opposite of what he agreed with me on before leaving. Chris and Scott both of you guys calling me liar will never seat well with me. Stay away from Scott the manager of the Baraboo store, because the only thing he gonna try hard to do is to put blame on you and not have the mess that his technicians done on your car to get fixed.

I recently had my cracked windshield replaced by SafeLite. While the process took longer than expected, I want to highlight the exceptional service Peter, the technician, provided. It took three visits to install the correct windshield, which was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since I had to take three days off work. I was disappointed that SafeLite didn't send the correct windshield on the second trip, which felt like a cost-cutting measure on their part. Despite these issues, Peter was apologetic and reasonable, making the overall experience more bearable. However, I was not only disappointed but also surprised that I was not offered any discount or compensation for the inconvenience and loss of time. Without Peter's professionalism, this review would have been lower.

I had my windshield replaced yesterday and Tyler went above and beyond... He was here before my scheduled appointment time had it completed fast and when it was completed I was very amazed to find he had wiped down my dash cleaned my windows and vacuumed my front floor boards.... I highly recommend Safelite!!!! Thank you Tyler for an outstanding job!

Went in for a chip repair… temp outside 30F “technician “ pulls my truck in… immediately applies heat to cold cracked windshield…. I’m now replacing my windshield on my dime.

Good quick service but noticed a few small scuffs inside my dash on my Brand New Jeep Grand Cherokee that were never there along with glue on exterior of my car. Seemed to be a one man show when a second pair of hands could’ve clearly helped.
