Thank you, Bob for taking the time to listen and scanning my 2015 Ford Explorer! I had been going to AutoZone and having my car scanned and they didn't have any codes come up. Bob scanned my car at Napa and told me that I have a faulty battery that I had bought at AutoZone a year ago. It was still under warranty so it was replaced. Six days of my car not starting in the morning was really irritating. Today it fired up no problem!

The workers are knowledgeable and polite. How ever the building i believe the must ran down building that's a working business I've ever seen. Otherwise it's just your avarage part store.

They staff there were very nice and helped me get a set of wipers, that I've neglected to replace. When I was outside installing them (in the rain), one of the clerks came out and helped me. I am very appreciative of their service and had a wonderful experience.
