I bought a car there March 27th and right off the bat it was clear there was an issue but I was told he stands behind that car and would fix it. And he did the first time. It took a little bit of him saying it was this and not that he replaced the motor mount and it still turned out it was the cv axles that needed to be replaced which he did after i took it to my mechanic to confirm. Now I noticed when I first bought the car that the coolant was low I thought maybe it just wasn't filled up properly and topped it off. My car started making a weird noise and It seemed to be the ac but then it started knocking tapping? Then a light came on that said require oil change so I took it somewhere and they didn't feel comfortable changing my oil. My car was a quart and a half low on oil and was also overheating. My Guage did not tell me it was overheating either. They then listened to some of my complaints and also noticed the serpentine belt isn't on right And we then discovered that my floorboards were soaked in coolant both sides and when you reach under the dash it came back dripping with coolant. They all said heater core. Well I was very upset right was told my car is also a huge fire hazard so I called the dealership very upset with good reason to be as I'm driving my babies around in a car that he swore was safe. He said he wouldn't talk to me unless I was calm which ok I get that. So I calmed myself down and called back he right away yelled at me and hung up. I then tried calling again no answer. I then texted a few times even said I was calm can you please help and no answer. I believe this was consumer fraud because if the car was thoroughly checked out like it should be with everything checked off as good like it says on the checklist none of this would have happened. I have filed a complaint with BBB. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I will tell anyone who listens about what happened because I'm now left without a vehicle and no access to even public transportation. Don't get screwed take your business elsewhere.

Mike is a genuine honest mechanic and car salesman. We arrived with an issue with our trunk not closing properly. He was able to assess the situation and fix the problem. We just arrived for a quick getaway to meet our daughter and visit Devil’s Lake. Covid has kept us apart since Christmas. We traveled from Chicago and my daughter traveled from Mayo Clinic Rochester MI (a Covid nurse). This was a disaster averted by Mike’s expertise. Thanks for saving our trip and being so accommodating and helpful.

Mike was the best to work with! He found me the perfect vehicle, in my price range and in just a week. He also dropped everything to help me when I accidentally locked myself out of the vehicle about a month after purchase. I can not recommend Mike and M & S Auto more highly! We will be going to him for all out future purchases.

He personally will go to the auction and get the car you want at a fantastic price. He sat down with me and together we viewed the best deals online to narrow down exactly what I was interested in. Ive taken my automobiles there over the last 15 years to have service done in there service department. There certified mechanics walked me thru what the work entailed and charged me below what other repair mechanics charge. Take it from me, if your looking for a vehicle MS Auto sales is the place to choose from.
