This place is the most deceitful auto scammers I have ever met. Drove 1.5 hours from Chicago to look at a car at this scammers . I was told by Liz who works at kuse not to be late and please be thoughtful and respectful. First of all I am never late and would have called prior to any cancellation. When I get to the scammers kuse they told me the car was sold. I could not believe that this unprofessional place had not given me the
Courtesy of calling me not to come because it was sold. I am thankful that I didn’t spend my money buying the Porsche because I think these scammers would have sold me a lemon. When o left I talked to a lady who asked me why I looked so mad. I told them that this place is for losers. She said I know because she is having problems with them also. I am just happy I didn’t get the car. Beware of this place. You will regret it.

We had a sudden car emergency that landed us at Kruse and we were grateful for the fast, friendly, and effecient repair. We highly recommend the good folks at Kruse. Thank you to the kind folks at Kruse for helping our kid get back on the road quickly!

From the first time they helped me (tire issue) I knew I was going to be a forever customer. This family business has treated me with kindness, honesty and respect. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone....so much so, that a friend of mine brings her vehicle from Sun Prairie whenever she needs repairs. My vehicle is currently at Kruse where it’s been for a month with some pretty serious issues, 1st time customer and let me just say they are all awesome. They’ve definitely got a new lifetime customer in me. They’re not just out to do a repair and get paid. They have taken the time to show me what is wrong with my vehicle, give me all possibilities for repairs as well as likelihood of repair success or failure due to what’s wrong with it. I’ve been many other places and I can just say others would probably fix it, tell you it’ll be fine and send you on your way. I appreciate the honesty of everyone at Kruse as well as them going above and beyond to not only explain what’s wrong but also take me back and show me. They’ve done everything they can to help me out, find the most cost effective but yet complete repair and even found a car to rent for a very good rate. Can’t say enough good about them!! More businesses should take lessons from them!

Was traveling from out of town and had car trouble at 530pm, called Kruse's and they were able to get me in right away. They were gracious, honest, professional, and polite - understanding my situation; they were able to help me out on the fly. I very much appreciate their willingness and ability to help me and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Just had a car issue that needed immediate attention and it’s great to have a place, downtown that you can pull up to and they will make time to have someone check out your problem. Luckily it was a minor issue and the mechanic was able to fix it very quickly. Would recommend them to anyone who has major or minor work needed to be done, fairly & quickly.

Very professional, friendly and kind to us. We were trying to get back to chicago and had a flat tire on a rental SUV. They were able to replace it in a short time, and charged us a reasonable price. Great place to get something done!

I can't say enough about this Business, from moment they answered my phone call 9am and explained my situation ( Out camping at devils lake with whole family of 6) Craig's Towing which works with Kruse Motors also was a big help . I thought it was my stater they honestly let me know it was only a fuse such a relief ? ? after a long week of camping. We made it back home by 6:30pm!! Can't Thank Fred and his staff enough !!!

Needed to rent a car while we were camping at Devils Lake. We got a nice clean car at a reasonable able rate. They were able to pick me up at my campsite which made it so much more eaisier. Would definitely use them again.
